I chose to use this company because its products looked delicious and reviews were outstanding.
I decided to buy my son a 'birthday treat box' that he could share with his friends. Initially, I was concerned about the delivery as his birthday was on a Monday but the company does state that their goods are 'freshly baked' and 'next day delivery' is offered. They state very clearly how to complete your order so that it will arrive as required. I was impressed by this.
Unfortunately the whole experience was a disaster. The treatbox was delivered to some random address which, my son had to locate to retrieve his present (at 11pm) . Extremely disappointed I contacted the company who responded with 'when the order was processed the postcode provided did not exactly match the address on the national postcode database used by the courier. When this happens, parcels can sometimes be redirected to the local delivery office or nearby properties while the driver determines the correct delivery point.' This is student accommodation but there has never been any delivery issues previously so unsure what the driver was thinking / doing. It was clearly not the stated delivery address so why he /she left it there is bewildering to say the least. In addition to this catastrophe the treat box was collected on the Friday so I feel that advertising products as 'freshly baked' is highly misleading. When challenged about this they responded with 'the order was collected by the courier on Friday and entered into their network ahead of the intended delivery date. Our products are baked fresh and dispatched the same day they leave our bakery.
All of our bakes are designed to remain perfectly fine for up to 7 days once delivered, and they are suitable for up to 4 days in transit within the courier network. This ensures they arrive in good condition.' I didn't want to purchase 'freshly baked goods' that had been in transit for days.
Clearly, lessons have been learnt by me at least.
I'm not suggesting that you do not purchase from this company but just to be mindful if you do!

On time delivery, amazing quality brownies (according to my partner) and still as good a week later, do recommend :)

The service was great and delivery was very timely (next day). My only qualm was I couldn’t pick the icing colour for the red velvet cookie I ordered. It was milk chocolate so against the red cookie it didn’t look great aesthetically. Other than that, would order from here again!

Fast shipping and my boyfriend absolutely loved the 12-pack cookie box for Valentine’s Day!!

Great service delivered on time. The cookie was smaller than expected and was of average taste. For the price I was disappointed. The decoration was good.

Better off buying from
ASDA and decorating yourself.

We all really loved the brownies. Sadly one of the ladies here had a reaction. The ingredients said peanut nuts but I guess other nuts may have been included. just so you are aware.

Very poor delivery experience. The nominated delivery date was 31st January, but the order was not delivered at all, its the 2nd of February already.

Easy to order, delivery was super quick and recipient loved the surprise. Would definitely use again

My daughter is at university in the UK and Tailorbakes is my go-to when I want to send her a treat, celebrate any occasion or just let her know I care. The brownies are delicious and shareable.

ordered 2 boxes for presents for xmas , one cookie and one brownies . My family looked into box of brownies and samshed into them and they where supposed to be a present . So they are amazing cakes well done .

I’m based in Singapore and ordered it the day before for my brother based in Reading. Did a brilliant job, my brother said the cookies were beyond amazing!. They arrived 2 days after his birthday my fault for ordering last min. The staff kindly wrote a birthday message for me.

We ordered several cookie trays at the last minute for client holiday gifts. The cookies were delivered quickly and we were able to track them, so we were really satisfied with Tailorbakes service. We will definitely order from them again.

Purchased a box of brownies as a Christmas gift. The receiver of the gift said they were yummy and demolished them. However, I’m only going to give 4 stars due to presentation reasons. I’ve had other brownie boxes before from another company and the presentation and size of brownies were better. Had I not ordered from a different company beforehand, I wouldn’t have anything to compare them to so would have given 5 stars.

It was a surprise pre Xmas gift for my niece & family - all went very smoothly but she didn't know I'd sent it.
So she wrote a big thanks to the anonymous sender on Facebook, that I don't use!. Anyway, we got there in the end & she reports that they were delicious!

Excellent service, dispatched next day delivery and arrived on time for a birthday gift (giant cookie). Cookie looked ok, down graded one star as I could not choose the icing colour, I ordered a red velvet cookie and had hoped the icing would of been white but it was chocolate brown in colour so all looked a-bit dark.
Would likely order from company again however as I was pleased with the option to choose delivery date and delivery options,
