No update to say if posted or not (present for my Grandson) left outside door on hot day (25 degree) so chocolate melted the box of Brownies were not cheap so very disappointed with service. Have sent email about if items sent, got back reply to visit RM website sent email about melted chocolate brownies but no reply

Really tasty bakes and super easy to order. Had an issue with delivery of the first box (items destroyed) and Aisha was super helpful and sorted this for me. Would recommend.

Ordering was easy and they have a wide range of choices. I'm from the Philippines and ordered their giant cookie for a loved one in the UK, and they did not disappoint!
According to my loved one, the cookie was slightly chewy, not dry at all, and doesn't crumble easily. It holds it's cookie shape really good. Sweetness was just right as well as thr size portion.

I highly recommend and will definitely order again! Thank you, Tailorbakes!!

Hello I would like to thank a all the staff from tailorbakes com Ans DHL for the great service and everything I'm from Malta ordered on the 2nd March for a surprise gift for my mum to receive it in Shrewsbury at the cottage on the 17 th when we arrived and everything was perfect with tracking number and time of delivery , thanks alot All and keep it up.

Please don't order anything if you expect it to turn up using the next day delivery. I ordered on a Friday for a Tuedsday. Nothing showed up and my emails are unanswered. Still nothing after a week. Will be contacting trading standards.

I live locally and love the hot desserts they do, especially the cheesecake but the toppings are far to sweet and sickly, they really need to offer plain and then add the toppings if required. Taste is the there additions on top are too rich and sweet. Not everyone wants diabetes

I selected nominated day for a birthday and sadly it didn’t arrive on the day. However they’ve said they tasted really good but I can’t give more than 3 stars as paid a lot of money.

I ordered a dream box and a selection of cookie pies. The dream box was so delicious and tasty and all the cookie pies were amazing. My favourite flavours were the orange, lotus and kinder. I will definitely be ordering from here again as everything was immaculate as expected. Everyone needs to order from this shop I can’t recommend it enough. The delivery was really fast and customer service was excellent.

Very disappointed.
Box of produce, addressed to a specific department in a hospital, instead dropped off by DHL at the hospital distribution centre, will languish there for another 1-2 days.
Complete waste of money.
No response to emails.

Item wasn't delivered but was sent on time. The issue is that they have ignored mails requesting a refund for undelivered items and will not contact Royal mail to get the refund through them even though they are able to as it is over a week since the scheduled tracked delivery date.
