Ordered birthday treat box and the recipient was so delighted. The packaging and the taste was so good. Will definitely order again in the future.

I must admit I ordered some brownies before looking at the reviews so when i did i was worried I'd have problems but they arrived a day earlier than asked, well packaged and looked delicious. Not tasted yet. Slow response to email but did get a reply. Let's hope they have turned a corner and got their act together

Shocking service

Iv ordered from here more than once and always been happy with beautiful quality bakes , unfortunately this time they have went to the wrong address we can’t seem to locate exactly where they went . I can’t find any phone number to get in touch with tailor bakes I have emailed but no reply yet. Royal Mail said they are responsible to chase this up as the sender . Hope this gets sorted in time for our special occasion.

I ordered a 6month subscription as a gift for £100, this was auto-renewed with no warning and no opportunity to cancel. Upon renewal I discovered that the receiver of the gift had only received 1 box instead of 1 box a month for 6months, so by that point I had spent £200 on 2 boxes of brownies. When I reached out to complain I got an apology blaming it on a 'glitch' and I was refunded £78 on each box meaning they charged me £44 for the 2 boxes claiming that I had to pay for delivery too

Great experience! Beyond my expectations as everything tastes delicious and comes in beautiful packaging. Highly recommend.

Wish I had read all the reviews!!! I will be making a compliant and asking for a refund. The ‘giant’ cookie is really small. The writing is terrible, the cookie is covered in nuts, which isn’t even listed and not in their ingredients list which is included in the box. It was delivered on the wrong day and we weren’t even in the country!!! There isn’t even a best before date.

Just perfect. Delivered quickly. Well packaged. Great personal touches with the greeting card, and message within the underside of the box.

Very Disappointed. 'Giant' is a joke. It's tiny. It's sprinkled with nuts which I did not ask for. The writing is the same colour as the cookie so you can hardly see it. It arrived on the wrong day as well after I requested a specific date. Very expensive for what it is.

Ran by a group of amateurs who can’t even respond to a simple email. They shouldn’t be running an online service if they cannot send their items out on time or even if at all. Perhaps they’ve stretched themselves too thin and so as a business should be able to risk assess this before making too many poor mistakes. Do not order from this company if you’re reliant on a date because you will not receive it and you’ll have to contact your bank to get your money back.

Rubbish!!!!

I bought these for a birthday gift and to be delivered for 05/07/2024. They shipped them a month early!!!!! I paid for the nominated day and now I have to find another provider and wasted almost £35 on a gift I can’t give them. I’ve tried contacting them and I’ve been ignored. If you want anywhere reliable I strongly suggest you look elsewhere! Waste of time and a joke of a company

Requested delivery on a specific day, arrived on the wrong day. Requested sprinkles, they weren’t on there. The letters were messy. Customer service never got back about my complaints. So many better companies that do a better job, don’t waste your money.

Complete a lot of rip off I would not waste your money with this company I received the items they was stale didn't taste of anything when I contacted these people they did not reply for two weeks is now been three months and still not got a reply from any kind of refund or anything they're a complete another rip off and the staff are completely rude I've reported them to trading standards waiting response from them as this company is a complete and utter shambles

I made an order for the Happy Birthday Treat Box with next day delivery for someone’s birthday on the 5th of May. I had not received it and sent an enquiry on the 11th of May only to be told that it had been left at the depot. I then received an apology and an offer to send a fresh batch or a refund so I requested a fresh batch even though the date had passed for the birthday.
Since then I have been emailing to request a refund since I still did not receive any updates or fresh batch.
Today I received an email offering to send a fresh batch again or a voucher offer which is awful customer service as I have requested a refund after weeks of no updates or contact.

I orderd some bakes and was amazing the brownies is tht best iv ever had would definitely recommend to order frm there the customer service is on point

Absolutely mouth watering cakes and cookies that I couldn’t wait to try when I ordered, freshly baked to perfection. Would definitely be going back to try out there other varieties and also a great set up and got to mention the amazing service.👌🤩

I ordered some bakes from this lovely lady for myself and as gifts for some friends and I’d made a mistake with the order. I got in touch with her and she assisted me and changed the order for me and got it delivered on time as well even though it was short notice. Delicious sweet treats and amazing customer service and very helpful. Would definitely recommend and order again :)
