Always have the freshest and most yummy bakes and with delivery on time. Cannot recommend this business enough especially the brownie selection boxes- my go to for gifting. The store in Blackburn is also the best with the most amazing staff always so accommodating and friendly, helping with recommendations.

Tailorbakes cookies are delicious! I am amazed! They look absolutely beautiful and gorgeous, and taste just as delicious as they look beautiful. I buy them for birthdays and religious festivals. Tailorbake cookies were the first present I gave my wonderful fiance when I first met him face to face and he was very pleased. These are biscuits from heaven.

Recently ordered a hamper for an occasion. Arrived on time in fact a day earlier. I was really surprised how fast I received them. Also when I opend the box you can just tell the have been freshly baked. Amazing service

Awful delivery service. Having paid extra for delivery for a specified date the delivery came early. No one to contact, online messenger and feedback left and was promised a response in 24 hours.

Cookie pie cakes. Dry as anything. Would never order from here again. Very disappointed and £30 thrown down the drain. Much better places out there.

Wish I had read these reviews before I ordered 😡Requested delivery on 20th Feb, dispatched on 19th on 24 hour delivery but no tracking available. Despite emails and "live chat" requests I have had no reply. The cookie was delivered on 21st. £5 delivery and it was not delivered on my son's birthday. Absolutely appalling customer services. Left a review on Google, as they show all the good reviews from there, and still absolutely no response. Will never order from them again

Don’t ever bother with this business.
I ordered an item weeks in advance, it arrived late and customer service has now IGNORED my requests for a refund. Absolute waste of money!!!!!

Horrible customer service!!!!! Delivery fails and they refuse any refund!!! They are dismissive and rude!!! Order your baked goods from ANYWHERE else and NOT this pitiful excuse for a company!!! Stay away!

Ordered a giant cookie for my daughters birthday, I paid for next day delivery and 3 days on it still hasn’t arrived and they haven’t replied to any of my messages. Missed daughters birthday and despite me sending emails and messages on Instagram no reply. Very disappointed. DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY. I totally agree with the other reviews, awful company once they have your money they don’t care if you receive your order or not. I’m £30 out of pocket and nothing to show for it and a very disappointed daughter on her birthday, no giant cookie. 😢 and no reply, apology or offer of refund.

Paid extra for next day delivery and it arrived 4 days later. I have emailed several times, I have used their live chat - no one replies - they do not give a stuff once they have your money.

Do not use this company.

Odered a giant cookie for sons 13th birthday, totally disappointed with this very thin and when I opened the box it was all crumbly and some bits had even broke. Tried contacting them but had no response atall. Will not be using them again.

Ordered online the delivery was very efficient, excellent customer service, brownies were really tasty.10/10 would definitely recommend .

The brownie slab was mega fresh, tasted absolutely amazing & loved by everyone. Can’t fault their service & quick next day delivery. Will be ordering again for sure. Highly recommend!

My £30+ order never arrived. It was never dispatched, as I had no courier messages or tracking etc.
Informed the company MANY TIMES by email and chat.( even looked them up in Company House to try and find a phone number) Was totally ignored. Please don’t trust this company with your custom.

I ordered a box of brownies as a gift for a friend and paid extra for delivery last Saturday. The brownies have not Bern received abd despite contacting the company there has been no response. I am now trying to get a full refund if I can get someone to contact me. Definitely do not recommend.

Can’t give a zero , so one star it is . I’ve paid £30 for a special cookie box to celebrate my son moving into new flat - Ordered on the 8th and it’s now the 21st August it still hasn’t arrived . I’ve emailed had a response from Aisha Suleman who kindly advised I hadn’t paid for next day delivery and attached tracking which advised they had tried to deliver but had wrong address , I’ve tried to get a refund but they refuse to reply

Ordered brownies for wife. Arrived on time and really fresh when opened the brownies. And she poved them. Process was really easy ordering online and delivered really quick. And the live chat function is really good when i had a few questions before ordering.

Do Not use this company. I ordered Brownie box with a message for a Birthday telling them a particular date. They delivered it 2 days early a message that was printed from a ink jet printer with missing Ink. I could not read what it said. I asked for a replacement which never arrived. Also the Pain Au Chocolate had old stale croissant. I queried this but got a rude response. No apology or refund. Their stuff is not good at all. You could buy the same stuff from Tesco or Costco. Costco will sell you a massive box for £7 I would not recommend using this company as they do not deserve your money or business. They are rude and have no customer service skills. They do not respond and stick their head in sand. They just take your money and they run. AVOID AVOID AVOID
