Ordered for delivery 19th July for a 20th July anniversary. They sent it in June a full month, when I was overseas on holiday. So by the time I got home it was ruined and melted anyway after being in the heat for days. They apologised and said another would be sent as it was ordered. NOTHING has arrived. No answer to my email.

Don't order from this company if you actually want your order to arrive when you've requested it

The brownies tasted lovely! However, the order came one day earlier than it should be. There was a reason why a nominated day was chosen and the brownies ended up staying outside the house for many hours because nobody was home when it was delivered.

One of the four rows was actually not the type of brownie ordered, emailed the merchant and sent an online enquiry to them, never heard back. Other brownies were not in their best shape either. Perhaps another courier should be chosen rather than using Royal Mail, seems a bit inadequate for food delivery.

I think although the taste was lovely, the experience with them was not so good, which is very unfortunate.

Placed an order with them and they arranged delivery too early spoiling the gift surprise.
No one responding on the the live chat.

I wanted to offer some cookies to a friend in Cambridge. I placed the order on the site on Monday evening, requesting delivery on Thursday of the same week. The cookies arrived on the right day, in good condition, with DHL. I didn't get to taste the cookies, but my friend enjoyed them.

I submitted the order and then sent three messages to ensure that they place the correct name on the brownie slab. I was asked for the order number, which I supplied, so there should not have been any issues. When the slab arrived it had the wrong name in it, since bringing this to their attention I have heard nothing and no offer to rectify the situation in any way. Really poor customer service. The brownie was good but would not recommend due to poor communication and after sales service.

Completely untrustworthy company. I ordered brownies for next day delivery (extra money) for fathers day - the brownies were neither received by the recipient nor was I notified of delayed delivery. Quick enough to take my money, though. Do not waste your money on this absolute joke of a service

On 16/06/23 I placed an order. The website allowed me to select my chosen date of 18/06/23 (Father’s Day). Further more, there was a more expensive delivery option which was called “Father’s Day Delivery” which the website allowed me to select. The order didn’t arrive on Father’s Day, so I messaged on the “Live Chat” function and got a reply via email the following day. I was informed that the date and time I placed the order meant that it wouldn’t be dispatched until after my chosen delivery date. When I pointed out that the website shouldn’t have allowed me to select 18/06/23 and also shouldn’t have allowed me to select the more expensive delivery option, I was simply told that “all our delivery information is on our website”. This may be the case, but I’ve never encountered a website before which allows you to select a specific delivery date which the company cannot honour. And I’ve never encountered a website before which allows you to select a more expensive delivery service which the company cannot honour. This is the first time I’ve ever supported a small business, and unfortunately, it will be the last :(

I ordered some Brownies, to arrive last Sunday. They did not arrive and after emailing them all week I have had no response from non existent customer service. Extremely disappointed, this company should not be trusted.

Despite specifying and paying extra for a specific date (my sister's birthday) the company have delivered the cake 4 days early. When I have queried this, the company has said it's because of the bank holiday. This makes no sense as I have requested it to be delivered on a normal working day. No apology. Raised a complaint. No response or refund. Shocking customer service!

I ordered the lamington cake brownie. Absolutely delicious! I ordered four boxes and each person loved it. There was an issue with delivery for Friday and the lovely lady who called me let me know the issue with dpd and arranged a Saturday delivery free of charge and also added some free ramadan toppers as these were ramadan gifts. The boxes have large quantities so best suited for big families for sure. Great customer service. Delivery on point and updates sent via email. Will defo order again.

Customer services was quick and polite but the large cookie I ordered it was expensive for what it was. Very very dry and defiantly did not taste like it had been baked recently. Such a shame as this was a gift. Would def not use again.

Warm and friendly welcome from staff and owner to their amazing bakery!! Absolutely scrumptious bakes and cakes too.. me and my girls have tried everything from the delicious aero tubs to the yummy brownies! We’ve made it our Friday treat place! ♥️

Never received a single update to know if my order had been processed, shipped or delivered. It took multiple attempts at contact over the past week to request an update on the order for a response a full week and a half later. Poor customer service.
My friend enjoyed her birthday box but I wouldn't go through this again.

Delicious soft but crispy brownies. They tasted so fresh and were delivered promptly in time for my son’s birthday.
The size was perfect for the whole of our family 👍😋
Will have to do this on every occasion now because cake’s can’t beat this taste 😋

I’ve been ordering from Tailor Bakes for years and I’ve yet to be disappointed! I’ve ordered Adhoc and for a birthday occasion, it came with a nice topper and personal written message just as I requested perfect, along with beautiful packaging! I received great prompt service, 100% recommend if you are looking for that added extra special service.
