Ordered 9 boxes of brownies for gifts to clients. They arrived a day earlier that i expected and delivred with DPD. Did not expect what i received though. Had to have a sneak peek before giving any away and i was in awe. If only i got a box for myself. They looked and smelt incredible.

Never ordered from this company before but i highly reccomend. Had great service with the live chat function, delivered on time, look incredible and from the feedback from my clients they tasted amazing!!!!!

If you love chocolate I would I highly recommend the chocolate brownie selection as their delivery is on time and the products are fresh and very tasty.

Lovely cakes, i tried the cakes for the first time when they first opened and the cake was delicious, soft and airy, the buttercream wasn't overly sweet. A really good cake. Brownies are really delicious and so much variety. Would definitely recommend. I love cakes and Tailorbakes are the best in Blackburn.

If you are looking for a gift that taste amazing then this company are awesome. The order arrived the day before i wanted, i recievd trakcing details and the brownies tasted amazing. before i placed the order i used their live chat function and got responses by a human not a robot. i would highly reccomend this company if you are looking for brownies.

They let my child down on his birthday. No order was ever received. I will never order from them again.

Delivery company DPD did not deliver. No attempt was made to the delivery address. Driver did not approach the property, nor try to contact me by phone. The email I had received had also indicated the delivery would be left in the doorway and a photo taken if we were not in the property (which we were, actively tracking and awaiting the delivery). I appreciate this is the fault of DPD, however I then contacted Tailor Bakes who have spoken to DPD. And put this down to my fault as I had not selected a safe place to leave the delivery (which was specified on the email as "not required"). I had asked Tailor Bakes to try to support in some way however they have said there is nothing they can do as this has been put down as the customer fault. What a waste of £40 as I have been advised there is nothing they can do to assist. Would highly recommend not using.

Unfortunately, the main ratings loss here is in the delivery and the cost.
While the website offered a free delivery on £35, I was only able to spend £34.99 for the two items I wanted. I could not find another item that I wanted for a small amount, so was forced to pay full shipping even though I was 1p off. I wrote this on the order form, and it was promptly ignored.
Not entirely wrong of them, but for 1p... It kind of annoyed me.
Now for the reason I bought this cookie. My friend lost her dog on the weekend, so on Monday night I scrambled to find something I could send that would do a tiny bit to cheer her up and I found these cookies. I purchased a big cookie, and some candy and send it.
It arrived 2 days later, which really annoyed me.
The cookie finally arrived and my friend thanked me and said it was good. Not amazing, but good. So my overall review is a generous 3/5.

A-mazing! I can not compliment this place enough. Their taste is exceptionally unique, mouth watering and a perfect balance. Their baked goods are not overly sweet, they are freshly baked everyday and have a very extensive range of patisseries. I.e. brownies of nearly every kind of chocolate you may desire, cakes, lamingtons, flapjacks and plenty more. I discovered this bakery only 2 months ago and I have visited more times than I can count. Their staff and extremely accommodating and friendly, whatever you desire for whichever occasion, they accommodate for all. Aunty Hasina, Shabnam and the rest of the whole team, Amazing. Truly have no words. You NEED their brownies & cookie pies & cakes &… the list honestly goes on. I can not recommend this place enough. If you don’t take sugar in your tea or coffee, you may still not, but you will definitely accompany most brews with a @tailorbakes freshly baked ‘delight’.

I ordered a treat box to arrive on the anniversary date of my best friends. I ordered two days in advance. Didn’t arrive on specified date yesterday and as of today nothing. I tried to chat on the 24/7 chat line and was informed no live chat available so please email. No tracking available and I’ve absolutely no way of contacting or cancelling order. I’m furious. What’s the point of giving a specified date if they can’t meet it. If your company is based on sending out treats for celebration gifts that’s the first thing you need to get right or forget it. Wish I’d stuck to Interflora like I normally do.

Simply amazing cakes! So fresh, delicious and beautifully packaged.
We bought a treat box and it was definitely a treat! It came with a cake topper which we used for our birthday celebration, it was a great bonus and added to our day. Thank you Tailor Bake!
