Extremely high quality products backed up by excellent customer service and a user friendly site. I’ve been a customer for over a year, slowly decking out my home in Tala lighting, and I am more than happy with the end result! Gifted my brother the Muse lamp (my favorite) and he’s now a convert!

Great customer service.
Already had the beautiful tala muse lamp which unfortunately accidentally dropped off my unit and smashed the glass cylinder surround. Contacted Tala who responded immediate to updates I could purchase a new one. This arrived promptly and realised I no longer had the
Allan key and tala very kindly arranged for one to be posted to me. A very efficient and timely response. Who said excellent customer was dead ? Thank you for a great service.

There was a delay with my lights of which I was informed of. I then chased them up and my query was dealt with efficiently.
When they arrived and then were installed we were thrilled. Great product.

Beautiful, but stopped working
Purchased the Muse portable lamp in Dec 2022, only used it a handful of times in the 6 months i've had it as its mostly just for displaying. Looks sleek and beautiful however, the time i actually used it for its purpose, it suddenly went out. I thought maybe it is out of power, but even after recharge and troubleshoot, the lamp is no longer responding. The customer service is rather slow, and I cannot get to a person via phone.

Lovely lamps; packaged and delivered well. Just a bit put out that a few days after ordering and paying full price (not cheap) these went on sale. Advice is to watch and wait!!
