I would rate a zero if there was an option.
Thought I was ordering bed through Argos, once purchase complete realised it wasn’t and definitely didn’t get the Argos standard
Waited a week for the bed, when arrived was half double and half small double.
Tried to call customer services, left number 3 times, never called back
Sent email, got a reply the next day, finally agreed to send correct item
Waiting another week, driver called to arrange time, was 2 hours late and didn’t take wrong item
Emailed customer services again was told we had to dispose of.
Not offered any compensation
Would not use again and beware when you think you are buying a product from Argos

Speaking to a real person! Emailed Luke and received a reply promptly then I contacted them and spoke to Hussain. Hussain guided me through the returns process as it was a nightmare using the Evri system but it all turned out well. Hussain emailed me a QR code and I was able to return the parcel in this way.
