Absolutely the worst customer service I have ever encountered. There is no phone number and takes days if ever to hear back through email. They advertise falsely. They advertised all over socials that they were having 50% off every single item Thanksgiving weekend, but it was only off of certain items. They were trying to trick the consumers. There is no communication in their customer service department because they all say different things. Literally there is nothing good to say. I still haven’t received my refund. Had to go through my cc company. And the quality of their clothes is so cheap. The clothes severely shrink after one wash.

This company doesn’t even deserve one star. They not only take forever to respond to you, nobody picks up the phone, and then they give some bogus reason for not accepting your return, even if it was sent back on the same exact day of receiving, and they change the gift card amount after promising another amount. They are doing some dirty stuff within this company. They need to be reported for being fraudulent.

Very disappointed. I have ordered 4 items. Two were okay, but there was something wrong with the other two (one crewneck was really tight at the neck area and a zip up hoodie tight around the midsection but otherwise on the lose side… just not fitting well). I tried to return/exchange these two unfit items but was told “no” due to the fact that these items were on final sale and not returnable. How could I have known they would be faulty and not fitting well? This is an online store - obviously when we order we hope it would fit but ultimately no way to know. Two items good, two bad but I was not allowed to return or exchange the unfit ones. I asked for the in store credit, perhaps to be able to exchange for another “final sale” item, or different size. Unfortunately, once the company took my money nothing else mattered. That was my first and last order ever from this company.

They sent me the wrong item and they will not respond to emails or phone calls. No one ever answers the phone and no one responds to emails. They lost my business forever.

If I could leave a 0 I would. Quality is horrible! Customer service is horrible. Insane that a business like this even exists in this world. Don't waste your time or money here.

I wish I could give this company a zero stars! The reviews where people give them bad reviews are absolutely true, in my opinion and experience! When an item is returned because of quality or fit, they indicate they cannot accept the return for reason that aren’t valid! This company is a fraudulent company and should be put out of business!

I bought two different sets from this site neither was great but the “heavy” sweatshirt and sweat pants were horrible and so uncomfortable would not buy again.

If the clothes don't fit, don't ever expect to get your money back if you return. I know from experience that they will find the smallest piece of lint on your black pants and send them back to you stating non-returnable. They will say your item smells like perfume although you don’t even wear perfume. It’s just a tactic they use to keep from giving your money back to you. This is a shady company.

I am so disappointed! I ordered over $200 worth of clothes. I returned them due to size issues and not liking one of the sweat pants I bought. I sent everything back in good condition NEVER worn. Talentless returned the items back to me in a damaged box denying my return. They never reached out, I took pictures of everything when I shipped them in good condition. I really am so disappointed! I hope they will correct their error. I am sad that customer service isn’t priority with this company.

It’s a big pain in the butt and a huge headache when trying to figure out what is going on!

I would ignore every bad review here because it just sounds like nonsense and people trying to take him down. I’ve ordered from this company so many times and have dealt with the customer service on numerous occasions. They even went as far as allowing me to return and exchange an item that was final sale. Do yourself a favor and order. The quality of every item is beyond great especially at the sale price.

I purchased few days ago and got my 3 pack mock neck tee. terrible quality. pretty skepty on buying at first and there it goes. I regret on buying super quality shirt for $90 bucks. shrunk and baggy and low quality. please dont buy from them.

I can't stress enough how disappointed and frustrated I am with Talentless. This brand has truly scammed me and left me feeling completely cheated. The whole shopping experience has been a nightmare from start to finish, and I would strongly advise everyone to avoid this brand at all costs.

I have bought from talentless quite a few times now and all times I've had nothing but great experiences, I live in the UK and am seriously impressed with how quick they process and ship orders. For example I placed my order on the 29th May and received it on the 5th June.
In a previous order the stitching was coming un done and after an email with photo they sent a replacement.
I'm surprised by others feedback when so far consistently I have had great experiences.

Do not buy from this company.

1) it will take you 10-15 days to receive. If you need this as a gift you won’t get it in a reasonable time
2) no one replies back on emails or calls
3) terrible quality for price. It’s not worth money.
4) returns they do not refund back after receive items. I have been waiting 2 weeks now they won’t respond on email or phone.

I bought a few things from them. The size was wrong. I returned 3 of them for a bigger size but they only sent me two. I bought 2 jog bra’s that I could not even put over my head, within 24 hours try to return them they would not. I would never never buy anything from this company they are a rip off

The customer service here is non-existent. I've called several times at all different times of the day and no one EVER answers. My emails to the company go unanswered. They will be out of business in a couple years if they keep this up. Your product may be hot now but bad customer service will always drive your business into the ground. I do not recommend ordering or giving your money to this company. The clothes are not that great. I received an item that was defective and of course nothing has been done about it because no one responds to me!

The absolute WORST customer service I have EVER experienced. Was excited to purchase some shirts and had a problem with my order. It's been close to two months and all I get from their customer service team is that "they are passing my request along to their managers". IT'S BEEN OVER A MONTH. Truly disappointed with this company.

I have been trying for 2 weeks to contact them regarding an item received that is damaged!!! No one calls back, no one answers my email messages...I have never in my entire life encountered such horrible customer service......This is absolutely unacceptable!!!

I have ordered from so many companies and I have never seen a company treat their customers like this…EVER!! Bypass all together and find another manufacturer!!!There are so many other companies to buy quality clothes from !They don’t return phone calls they do not return emails they don’t care about their customers at all, they should be shut down Indefinitely!I am a single mom who has 4 children and I worked very hard these past holidays to buy for my kids from this company!!I am stuck with all these hoodies and can’t get my money back or even return, since nobody has returned one of my phone calls in three weeks. My only mistake ordering from them is that I should have read the reviews prior to me making such a large purchase!!Neevr EVER AGAIN!!
