Ordered 2 tees but the fit wasn't close. Got XL because it says on their website an XL fits a 52 inch chest. Both tees measured at just under 48 inches in the chest. I did mention when returning.

Was a difference in the feel between the 2 tees, hum?

Stitching/construction was not the same on both tees, hum?

Took over 2 weeks from when they received the tees back and a reminder email before I received a refund.

Not fair, in my opinion, to have to pay for return shipping when they show incorrect measures for sizes.

Ordered several items from Talentless for my teenage daughter for Christmas. The sweatshirt was fine but the other items were made out of cheap fabric. I would like to return it. I can’t get anyone to answer or return my calls. Not a reputable business.

They ran a sale a couple days after I purchased an item, which was expensive anyway, and they wouldn't give me the sale price. Poor customer service. Had they honored the sale price I would definitely shop their again but the customer service means more to me than anything. What if something goes wrong in the future? I guess I would already know how they would handle it - poorly.

Sweater and Sweatpants ripped at the seams after 2 months of owning them. They had the worst customer service and after a week of not responding, they just said "sorry we can't do anything".

I've ordered from Talentless several times. Recently an order I placed wasn't received. I let them know and they filed a claim with FedEx. This took over two months and ended with Talentless ghosting me. They respond to my requests for an update and didn't reship the package. I would suggest shopping somewhere else -- somewhere with a more ethical shipping policy and better customer service. The risk here is too great.

Horrendously bad customer service who ignore emails so they don’t have to help or give a refund.

DHL delivered my package to the wrong house, one that I don’t even recognise. They admitted their error and declared it unretrievable. Talentless refused to refund without a crime number. No crime has been committed my end, as it wasn’t stolen from my property, so I can’t get one. They are now ignoring emails so I have contacted my cred card company to make a claim. DO NOT BUY FROM HERE!

Terrible company and terrible customer service. I had placed an order, waited 8 days for it to even be shipped. Contacted customer service twice both times receiving a scripted response telling me it was due to a busy period. Their website specifically states that all duties and taxes are included in the price but fed ex would not deliver my package until duties were paid. I reached out to customer service once again explaining what had happened. They gave me a phone number to call to get into contact with a customer service rep over the phone. I called and left a message to be called back but never to this day received a call. They are now ignoring my emails and refuse to acknowledge and correct their bad business practices. Steer clear of Talentless!!

Talentless.co is a a crooked company. They advertised a sale, but the prices I paid didn’t reflect the sale correctly. They told me i entered the code incorrectly, then told me it was their system, then told me they’re sorry but they don’t have any way of correcting prices. Then said, well, your items shipped so there’s nothing we can do. THEN someone told me they agreed that this was a problem and wished they would one day become a large enough company to be able to adjust prices when they’re billed wrong. !!?!? What kind of bs is THAT? AND I received the order today and the sweatpants are WRONG. I got a mens sweat-pant when I ordered women's. There’s no mistaking the gender/size on my order, it’s all confirmed and in writing. Talentless.co doesn’t respond to emails or voicemails. So I overpaid, and received the wrong item. DO NOT BUY FROM THEM you will probably be ripped off- the chances are high. Google all of the bad reviews about their billing practices and ripping people off. Even on the BBB. It’s too bad because the quality seems to be there but if the company robs you of your money, it’s definitely not worth it. There are a lot of upstanding clothing companies out there that won’t steal your money. Avoid Talentless.

Terrible company and customer service. I ordered 3 items to be shipped to the UK. After 2 weeks with no dispatch email I contacted customer services and I was told there was a hold up due to a ‘busy period’… another week later no dispatch email so I contact again. Same stock response. Another week goes by and I write a comment on their Instagram page. This time someone messages me and apologises. She said she would get this looked into straight away. The very next day I receive an email saying a similar thing about a busy period but I will be sent a mystery surprise too by way of an apology. 2 or 3 days after I finally get a dispatch confirmation. Their delivery t&c’s’s say 8 days delivery to the UK. I get the tracking number and keep checking but the parcel doesn’t move for days. Literally no tracking. After 10 days I contact the Instagram page again. In turn customer service respond saying the parcel has been lost, the items are no longer in stock so I’ll just get a full refund in 7-10 business days. I was extremely annoyed. At no point did they apologise or offer any type of compensation. They just messed me around for 5 weeks. My theory is the parcel was never sent in the first place as the tracking never showed anything. Today we’re on business day 10 and guess what? NO REFUND. All in all a terrible experience, the only person who shows any type of customer service skills is the person controlling the Instagram account, although her hands are tied, she just passes queries straight to customer service. Everyone else is terrrible, no apologies, no explanations.

Worst company EVERR!!!! They wouldn’t refund my item because it had “makeup stains” when it was PERFECTLY clean and never worn AT ALLL. My fiancé didn’t even try it on actually. So ridiculous! And my friend ordered something and never received it, she had to chase after them to send her the product DO NOT ORDER a FROM THEM so unprofessional and they’re thieves

Money robbing thieves ! Ordered items they never turned up. FedEx confirmed that the item never left the USA and never made it to the uk let alone be delivered. Talentless emailed me ( once ) to say the item was delivered and because it was delivered I’d have to claim from some third party company. They have taken no responsibility as a seller. Absolutely awful customer service. Thankfully I paid via PayPal have provided them with all the info from FedEx and now have a claim in progress. Avoid at all costs.

Scum!! Scot disick robing people who want to buy good clothing. I ordered and item it was excessively large, I exchanged it for one size smaller which arrived and would barely fit a 1 year old. And no they would refund me as it was an exchange ! Avoid avoid avoid

I found out about Talentless from watching Keeping Up With the Kardashians. Learning that Scott Disick is the owner, I had to try the brand out for myself. Although the prices are steep, the quality of the clothing is the best I have ever seen. I have multiple pieces of clothing from Talentless and they hold up great. I once received a jacket with a small black mark on the sleeve, emailed Talentless and they issued me a new jacket (free of charge) that same day. I have had no problems with their customer service, as they respond quickly and care about the customer.

Did not honor refund on unworn pants and never replied to multiple emails.

HORRIBLE customer service. They never respond to your emails and when you call, sounds like you’re dealing with a home business and they don’t care. They pick up with a long pause and finally say Hello????

NOT Canadian friendly. Shipping is more expensive to Canada than other companies and even when you purchase the sets discounted, they quote the original price on customs and you’re slapped with a $180 customs/handling fee from the carrier so sets come out to be more than their retail price.

I ordered twice. First a couple of sets and quality not bad, heavy cotton but their sizing chart was inaccurate. So I placed another order, 2 more sets in a bigger size. However these ones arrived thin, flimsy and cheap with fuzz everywhere. They felt like knock offs. I wanted to do an exchange and they kept copying and pasting a generic respond indicating how to do an exchange and to refer to their company website. They don’t even bother reading your emails as I stated and asked if would they cover the fees for me because they sent me poor quality suits compared to my first order. It would’ve been $50 shipping I paid to get the sets, $70 shipping to return them for an exchange. Not worth it.

I sold each set on Facebook market place for $80 and basically lost $700. Lesson learned.

4 sets came out to like 1k, garbage what you can’t wear.

Wife and I ordered some hoodies to try on from a bunch of companies. She tried on one hoodie from talentless and she didn't like it - plus it had a little hole in it - clearly poor quality control. We packed it all up and returned the items.

After nearly 2 weeks, I emailed them asking about our return status. They wrote back saying they cant accept 2 of the 4 items (one of which hadn't even been opened or tried on!). The said it had stains, smells and wasn't in new condition - all of which is completely untrue.

I asked for documentation since there was clearly an error and NOTHING. Not even a response after multiple emails. Then I get a fedex notification that both the items are being shipped back to me...

This is clearly a shady business practice essentially "forcing" the sale. I've never seen anything like it but BEWARE if you are thinking of testing them out.

Talentless customer service is HORRIBLE!! I placed a second order and with in minutes of doing so I realized I had order two sweats in the wrong sizes. I read through their policy to see what to do and it says to contact customer service via email. Which I did but got no response back till the next day around 10 am west coast time. This is what they replied:

At this point I still had not received a tracking number, which is what I replied to this rep along with screenshots of their policy that says orders can be adjusted before they ship.

I STILL HAVEN’T GOTTEN A SECOND REPLY FROM THIS REP.
About four hours later I received tracking info saying a shipping label had been printed.
Basically this rep could had helped if she wanted to.
VERY UPSETTING FOR A COMPANY THAT IS BY NO MEANS IS CHEAP TO HAVE THIS KIND OF SERVICE.

I now have to wait for my order to arrive and pay for shipping to do an exchange!!!!!

I added pictures of my order so everyone can see the time I placed my order and that with in minutes I reached out to customer service!!!!
