My delivery was scheduled for Sunday 6/17. It kept getting canceled. Then rescheduled. Didn't get my delivery until 6/19. Once it got pick up. Everything was fine. The delivery team was GREAT.
Communication was great from the driver to confirm delivery. Price was fair for the distance. Product arrived without worry.
Marc C delivered my product exactly as was specified and in perfect shape. I highly recommend him.
This was horrible service. I paid for rapid delivery and they kept making excuses for delivering late and every excuse was just another lie on top of the previous lie. Very very disappointing. Please beware.
Liked the delivery person. Very professional and nice. It was extremely rude of Dolly to send me so many messages telling me to tip him. We always tip and that totally offended us. Tipping is gratitude for a job well done and should never be asked for especially by management!
This was my first time to use Dolly/task rabbit . I ordered labor only 2 people for 2 hours . I did not have many items 2 beds 2 dressers 1 cedar chest a futon and 1 aquarium. I was surprised when 1 guy,what looked like his wife and daughter showed up . I did not have many items bet they were heavy items . Once that 2 hour was up they were done . Even though I still had 3 items remaining upstairs that needed to be moved. I don't think 2 small girls make 1 strong man . I think they could have finished otherwise

I am submitting feedback regarding a highly frustrating, stressful, and unprofessional experience with a moving Tasker team. To clarify and be entirely fair, I was responsible for packing my own belongings, and the Taskers were only hired to load and transport the items. However, their execution, handling, and total lack of organization were completely unacceptable for the $600 rate I paid. It felt as though they were moving heavy palette boxes for a factory or a warehouse, rather than handling a client's personal belongings.
Initially, the lead mover was just nonchalant, so I assumed it was his personality. Because they arrived in a very large truck and I was still finishing up smaller items, I asked if they could load the large furniture first. The lead mover pushed back on taking the larger items first, claiming they had a "process" and needed to take the smaller boxes instead. Unfortunately, his "process" resulted in complete chaos. My anxiety grew when I saw how recklessly things were crammed into the elevator (can provide a photo). When they opened the truck at the storage unit (can provide a photo), I was extremely upset. They had not utilized any basic loading logic, and they immediately tried to shove boxes into the unit before unloading the heavy furniture.
The execution of this move showed a complete lack of professionalism and standard moving protocols. It quickly became clear that the helper had absolutely no moving experience, and while he showed effort and kindness, he simply did not know what he was doing, which left the lead mover doing most of the heavy lifting alone. Because he was working by himself, the lead mover insisted on moving my heavy sofa and TV entirely alone. Instead of guiding his helper or placing my furniture onto a dolly, he was setting my items directly onto the dirty ground on their sides and backs. When I asked how the sofa should be stored, they claimed flipping it completely on its side and end was the best way (can provide photos).
When I finally spoke up and asked the lead mover to please use caution and get help, his reaction was completely out of line. He became defensive, scrunched up his face, and combatively stated, "Why do I have to get help if I can carry it myself? I didn't break anything." The entire point of paying for a professional service is to use caution so that things do not get broken in the first place. Defending careless handling by saying nothing has broken yet is entirely unprofessional.
While the items were physically moved, the quality of service fell drastically below TaskRabbit’s professional standards. I paid a premium rate for a skilled, two-man moving team. Instead, I received one completely untrained helper and one combative lead mover who treated my personal property like warehouse freight and refused to use standard safety protocols. Because of this severe lack of quality and professionalism, I am formally requesting a partial refund for this task. Thank you, and I look forward to your response regarding this matter.

Excellent Mover - Arrived at time and did a great job of loading and unloading Items. Will hire again and recommend to everyone.
The men who moved my couch were exemplary in every way. They were intelligent and resourceful. They were strong. They were polite and friendly and on time. The transaction was perfect and a reminder that there are good men in the world.
He wasn’t professional and reminded me he wasn’t getting paid enough. I had to help him and he refused to do all of the tasks. He brought his entire family with him and felt it wasn’t worth his time. I made a mistake and put 20 flat boxes. I was just estimating at the time. I ended up having 6 full boxes. He didn’t want to pick those up. And coincidentally didn’t want to pull out his dolly. So it wasn’t a pleasant experience. I actually had to call a friend to help with the rest. The request for a tip was laughable.
Worse ever unprofessional and not helpful at all. Had to return the item because they broke it and do not know if my money will be returned or not yet.
