The older gentleman Rick acted as if he didn't want to be moving furniture and just had an attitude the entire day. He also, scratched some of my furniture and had poor equipment that broke along the process. He didn't even care to wrap the furniture with blankets or plastic. The younger gentleman (Tayvon) on the other hand was amazing. He had a positive attitude the entire time and made the move easier. He was polite and very respectful.

Poor delivery service
2 men delivering closet pieces. Delivery was brought to the front door and not carried inside the house. There were many boxes of all shapes, sizes, and weight. My husband and I were left carrying them upstairs.

I’ve been trying to contact support and haven’t heard anything back.
I never used the taskrabbit helper. It was unnecessary when I arrived as the item was small enough to fit and the helper arrived after I left. It would have been good if I could have been in communication with him.
I’m trying to get a partial refund.

Would not use Jhon M again.
Jhon M and helper gouged the leg on my desk, broke the hose connection for my portable AC, wanted to charge me an additional $66 to move my bed which was already included in the task list. Careless and unprofessional.

Late delivery and came scratched
The delivery guy was an hour late. I was given a 6:00-6:30PM delivery window and he arrived at 7:30PM. His pick up truck bed was shorter than the shelf so it was hanging off the back. That isn’t an issue but he did not wrap it in tape or a blanket. The side of the ikea shelf had scratches and there were a couple nicks on the side.
