I ordered a handful of sampler packs to…
I ordered a handful of sampler packs to fill my new humidor and also get the chance to try some cigars I wouldn't necessarily normally look at. I am yet to smoke any of these yet but first impressions looks like there are some lovely cigars to be had! Packaged very nicely to and prompt delivery. Will be back in the near future for sure!

Usual first class service
Usual first class service. Ordered in the afternoon and phoned to check when delivery likely. Explained there was bit of a delay and may not get to me for 7pm. I was needing the cigars to smoke that evening at a local pub so TCH happily agreed to deliver to the pub during the evening.
Good choice, quality and value for money cigars available.

Dear Michael
Thank you for your review.
We wanted to provide further clarification regarding your order that we received on Thursday, June 22nd, at 2:52 PM.
Your order was promptly prepared and dispatched on the morning of Friday, June 23rd. Given that you selected the 1–2-day delivery option, and taking into account the weekends, your order is scheduled for delivery on Monday, June 26th.
We completely understand the urgency and anticipation that comes with waiting for an order. However, please note that the delivery timeframe begins from the date of dispatch rather than the date of order. This might be the reason you haven't received your order just yet.
Once your order is received on Monday, we kindly ask you to consider updating your review on Trustpilot if you feel the overall experience and delivery timeframe met your expectations. We believe in fair and transparent communication with our customers, and your updated review would reflect this.
Should you have any more queries or if you need further assistance, please do not hesitate to get in touch.
Best regards
