What a waste of time and money!
What a waste of time and money.
Was given a price for my daughter’s old phone, so I accepted and sent phone to them. I paid £12.45 to send special delivery.
Got a response today, as the screen had scratches on it they offered a new price £160 below original offer.
They have 3 descriptions for the phones- Excellent, Average or Faulty. I stated that the phone was average condition, the description they gave for average condition matched the condition of the phone.
Will never use this company again, and certainly wouldn’t recommend.

Unfortunately, the deep scratches present on the device meant we had to categorise the device under the Faulty bracket as this includes “significant signs of wear and tear”.
We do try to be as lenient as possible with our condition assessments, but the scratches were too severe in this case I’m afraid.
We’re sorry for any disappointment.

Ordered on amazon, everything was fine with placing order and delivery, unfortunately when the iPhone 16 arrived it had huge chips along the power button side, these were very noticeable as I ordered the black phone and the chips were white. I immediately contacted tech tiger and was in communication with a lady called Katie, she was very prompt to respond and apologise, unfortunately things went sour when they offered me a £20 refund, so basically a 4% discount for a phone that is damaged. I actually found this quite insulting, be careful handing over hundreds of pounds without looking at the item first. Lesson well and truly learned for me, online resale sites seem great, however when something like this happens you are then left without the item and your money for a good 2 weeks, as refunds take a very long time. This is my own personal experience
