Excellent service from Tech Tiger. I'd never head of these guys before selling my tablet, however they gave me the best price.

They sent me over the labels and packaging, however they do send you a QR code to print the labels yourself so you don't have to wait for them to be sent to you.

During the process we communicated via email and their communication was prompt and timely.

When they received my tablet, they processed the payment on the same day, no issues.

Would highly recommend these guys and I for one will be using these guys in the future.

Excellent company and a really straightforward experience.

I sold two phones to them and received exactly the price I was originally quoted, with no last-minute price reductions or surprises.

The communication throughout the process was excellent. I received an email when they received the phones, another confirmation once the phones had been securely erased, and a final email confirming that payment had been sent.

They also offer WhatsApp support, which made it really easy to get in touch if I had any questions.

They offered the highest price compared with other companies I checked, and the same-day payment was a great bonus.

Overall, a very easy and hassle-free service with helpful customer service, great communication and a fair price. I would definitely use them again.

I honestly couldn’t fault Tech Tiger. I sent my phone off on Wednesday, they received it this morning (Friday) at around 9:30am, and by 2:30pm I’d already received an email confirming that everything was fine with the phone and that my payment was being processed.

The whole process was so straightforward and much quicker than I expected. The quoted price was £600 and there were no issues or reductions once they received and checked the phone. I was kept informed throughout and the payment is being sent straight to my bank account.

I received a very competitive quote from Tech Tiger, once I accepted they emailed comprehensive instructions fo next steps.

Phone sent, received an email to say it had been received next day. Then another text meassage and email saying phone was being processed. Finally i received an email to say everything had been checked and payment had been made. I checked my account and money was already there. I received the price quoted, no haggling or negotiating.

Very impressed - everything sorted in 5 hours from when they received the phone to all the checks etc being done and payment made.

Thought I was being conned ,initially , because it seemed to take+a long time. To finally get paid but no , having posted my almost new I phone 26e to Techtiger on Thursday morning ,the money was actually in my bank account Friday evening a lot more than either CeX or Music Magpie offered ,recommended eventually !

I found Tech Tiger on Google whilst looking for an online marketplace to sell 2 of my previous iPhones as I’ve now upgraded to a new one. I noticed they were offering higher rates for both phones than their main competitors such as Mazuma Mobile and We Buy Any Phone.

I decided to search them up on Trustpilot first before committing and was pleased to see that they had a high rating as a result of several positive reviews, which then provided me with enough reassurance to give them a go. I’m so glad I did! The whole process was so quick and easy.

I posted the phones to them using their prepaid Royal Mail Tracked 48 label on Monday, and received payment of the agreed rate directly into my bank account on the same day my package arrived with them today (Wednesday)! Can’t believe how swift and smooth the whole process was, I’ll definitely be using them again in the future!

Found this company when looking to sell my iPhone, they were on the 3rd page of my Google search so was a bit sceptical. However, there was absolutely no need to be. I posted my phone at 3pm on Thursday and was paid out what they quoted at 1pm on Friday. They offered £37 more than any other company quoted and have recommended them to my friends and family who will be trading in once the iPhone Duo is released

Very disappointing experience with Tech Tiger regarding a Samsung Galaxy S23 Ultra purchased through Back Market.

The phone was delivered with a small green pixel which developed into amserious screen fault and, as it was still functioning, I sent it back through Back Market for assessment/repair under the warranty.

Tiger Tech refused the warranty claim on the basis that the phone had physical damage to the screen, even though it was delivered to bee that way.

The phone was returned to me after and, when I attempted to switch it on, the screen briefly flashed green before the phone became completely unresponsive. It now won’t turn on or respond to charging.

So on top of them not sticking to their warranty, the phone was returned to me in a significantly worse condition than when I sent it in and they’re just answering with the same response that the phone was damaged.

I would think twice about purchasing anything from this seller.

Sent postage but because of the value I up grade postage to next day .on receiving the phone they emailed to say received and then paid same day full money into my bank first class experience 👍

I asked for a quote on my Samsung s24 and was more than happy with it, i posted my phone on Friday, was told the phone had been received Monday morning and a few hours later the money was in my account. It was so simple and hassle free and I can’t recommend them highly enough, if I want to sell another item I will definitely choose tech tiger.
