I put 100% of the blame on Tempest for the downfall of my server. Since the Rust memory leak, I have had virtually zero support from tempest on various issues. The most communication I have received in the last year or so has been "We're working on it" and no response after

The tempest tech support team is utterly useless in troubleshooting Rust issues. During the memory leak they told me countless times that AI was the cause of crashing on my server, even after I had AI completely disabled. You guys cost me my entire player base, which never recovered. Granted we were only about a 40-50 pop at that time, we were just starting to pick up. I had asked time and time again if the amount of memory allocation was the issue and I was given a "no, it is your AI." I all but begged the support team to help me as I was at a loss. Only a month later did they finally admit that more memory on my server was the cause all along.

The shoddy support and massive number of reliability issues this year caused my little server to tank, as I told the support a myriad of times, **players do not play on unreliable servers**

They do not care unfortunately. Gameserver customers are a dime a dozen. I hope in the future, some helpdesk support guys that are able to actually assist Rust customers in resolving issues.

I contracted the service and used the filter to avoid DDOS attacks, they could still do DDOS to me and support did not respond to my tickets, after denying me for two days I asked for a refund and they did not want to return the money. I DO NOT RECOMMEND IT.

Worst Company i ever cooperate.
They do advertise servers with 10G connection after i purchase server wont reach 160mbit and falling!!!!

I bought two servers for my game project, but for some time during installation the servers lost ping, the support service helped me solve this issue, but after some time my servers were completely blocked for no reason!

Been using Tempest for my game servers. Flawless performance and great support. Highly recommend!

They are too lazy, everything needs to be done by users themselves, using their products requires skilled technology, otherwise it is difficult to use normally, usually different from other service providers, they are difficult to communicate, insist on their own ideas, do not listen to opinions and suggestions, do not use bitpay to pay them, this is a fraud wallet!

Staff team is great, Bushhy is very helpful and really represents tempest well, For the most part the network is also great and have never felt a Ddos attack. On the other hand their pricing is in my opinion too high compared to their competition and in recent months there has been a fair bit of inconsistency when it comes to stability.

Overall my experience with tempest has been pleasant, They do have issues from time to time but these are corrected accordingly and their staff is always available to sort out any potential problems.

Before ordering anything don't forget to read their terms and conditions they have 10% late fee for even one day late payments one of the worst companies i have had to deal with not at all reseller friendly.
