Found this Company on the Internet. Holly contacted me within a few hours of my phone call advising how much it would cost & exactly what TES would do to help us evict our tenants of 18 years! I liked her straight away feeling confident with her helping us all the way! After what seemed along time our tenants were finally evicted on 9th November 2022 & we have now finally finished renovating ready for the property to be put on the market! I would highly recommend this Company.. couldn’t have done it without them. Holly is very professional, knows her stuff & I can’t thank her enough.

Absolutely hopeless at getting back or answering emails. i have emails outstanding from two weeks with continues reminders. no one gets back to you. I have been using this company for almost a year and i have to say it has not improved at all in that time. Please don't be fooled by the other reviews as my experience is no one picks up the phone for weeks, terrible service AVOID

Holly dealt with everything from start to finish with evicting a non paying tent ,talked us through every step she was so efficient and helpful even called me on the day of the hearing to reassure me
The judge awarded possession in 14 days and rent arrears to be paid in full I would’ve struggled to deal with this myself

Holly doesn't reply to my emails, didn't fill court form correctly left out 9b landlords reg no. Court had to write to me as they didn't have your address, then you didn't return notice of issue back delaying order for possession, would never use you again.

A difficult situation was made easier with the help of TES. This was my first eviction in 20 years as a landlord and the process was way out of my comfort zone. It was more long winded than expected due to the courts sending the Possession Order to an invalid address but eventually I got my house back and that's a win in my eyes.

We have used TES on two occasions to evict tenants using Section 21 and Section 8. We are very impressed with the professionalism and knowledge the team have when it comes to this process, and we have been successful in court on both occasions. Holly has been available to answer all our questions and has been very helpful and supportive. We cannot recommend their service more highly.

Had difficult tenants in my house in treforest Wales who refused to leave or pay rent. TES did all the work for me as the paperwork for eviction is very complicated. TES got them evicted in the shortest possible through the courts. I was awarded all costs I found TES very efficient, good communication every step and easy to contact. I found them very knowledgeable and easy to deal with. They were also the most inexpensive of the companies I contacted. I hope I don’t end up in the same situation again but it if I do I will definitely use them again.

I contacted a few companies as I was in a situation where my tenant went AWOL and I couldn't be more than happier with my experience with Tenant Eviction Specialists. Holly advised me of the correct process to take to legally evict a tenant and also to claim back all expenses occurred during the stressful time. It took a while but we got there in the end and Holly was exceptional throughout the whole process. I understand she's very very busy so maybe she needs an assistant now. I was at my wits end having been told how long and costly it would be to evict tenants from one of my properties. I came across Tenant Eviction Specialists whilst online and the reviews were amazing. To cut a long story short I called the company and Holly couldn’t have been more helpful and held my hand through the entire process and was always there when I needed her. The entire process from instruction to the tenants leaving was 2 months and at a fraction of the costs others had quoted.
