I ordered this based on reviews, the practicality of the rug (i have a new puppy) and the beautiful designs. The communication right from the start was excellent on the progress of the order, and when it arrived it met all expectations. The non slip under mat is perfect. I ordered a large rug for my room, and I dont think I've ever had a rug that doesn't move. This absolutely stays put.thw rug itself is beautiful and so far, for the couple of accidents I've had very easy to clean. I bought the normal under mat, curious what the cushioned mat is like. Might try that for the next rug. Would definitely recommend.

The order process was simple and received my rug and under mat within a week. Product is high quality and just what we needed. I love the fact that because it is not bulky I can buy more rugs (to use with the same under mat) and switch things up every now and again.

Very pleased with the rug, although- as it's on carpet - I only purchase the basic gripping underlay and am getting used to the slightly unusual sound it makes when I walk on it!

Really bad customer service. I ordered a rug over 3 weeks ago and it still isnt here, they have lied to me, said i have to wait over two weeks to investigate with UPS, told me they have started that process, spoke to UPS just now and they haven't investigated it, UPS have told me the rug is lost yet i am battling to get a new rug or refund.

Arrived super quickly, great quality and I was so caught up in getting a rug in these colours and design I didn't realise it was washable, something I need with a small dog !

We bought our washable rug a couple of months ago and couldn't be happier. The rug arrived slightly earlier than expected and was very easy to unpack/ install.
The rug is very light in colour and underneath our dining table, which is why we chose to buy from Teppana, to give us the option to easily wash it, when needed.
I did this recently and I'm really pleased. No marks in sight after washing and very easy to remove from the pad.
The only draw back was the rug was very wet at the end of the washing cycle. Not sure how I would have got it into the tumble dryer, maybe an extra spin cycle was needed?
Anyway, not a problem in the hot weather we've had, dried perfectly outside.

Very rude unhelpful staff. Nobody was prepared or willing to give an update on delivery. Very frustrating .We had reached 4 weeks. One person said I’m not allowed to tell you. Staff sound German and do not appreciate how rude their tone of English is. One person said sounds like you need a good rest this weekend as if I was the problem. Another said if you ask me again I will cancel your order! Having waited over 4 weeks. They do not understand Customer Service. Product disappointing as it is a digitally printed piece of fabric.

The rug is beautiful. The delivery was prompt and arrived on time.The colours of the rug are as advertised and the fitting of the underlay simple.

Easy ordering process and items delivered much more quickly than expected. At last rugs that can be easily laundered without damaging my washing machine. Yes, a considered purchase, but hopefully they will last much longer than traditional kitchen mats.

I initially chose to return the rug because it was too small. They offered a 10% discount, but I was still set on returning it.

However, due to time constraints, I later contacted them to say I had decided to keep the rug and asked if I could still receive the discount. They informed me that it was no longer available in their system.

This reasoning seems illogical to me, as their decision relies solely on the system. I've since ordered four more rugs from a different supplier, so it's ultimately their loss.
