We waited long for the release of the TK-02 and from the day it was delivered we absolutely loved it! The sleek design and the interface is awesome. You can tell this machine was thought through carefully and designed with ease of use. Love the app capability and the ability to customize your own drinks, AND NAME THEM!!!! I am happy now that there’s a glass milk carafe which is WAY better than the plastic one so props to the TK team for releasing that item. Hopefully that will be standard on future machines. One thing I do wish was available is dishwasher safe components, but that’s just me being lazy of course. Overall amazing machine and I will keep recommending it to my peers.

I absolutely love my new Terra Kaffe frother! The design is beautiful. It's sleek, modern, and even a little sexy, and it perfectly complements my Terra Kaffe Demi espresso machine.

I've used it to make hot milk for my lattes and rich, creamy froth for my cappuccinos, and both have been fantastic. Every drink has turned out delicious, and it has elevated my entire coffee experience at home.

What I appreciate most is how incredibly easy it is to use and clean. It takes just minutes to create coffeehouse-quality beverages, and it looks gorgeous sitting on my countertop. Terra Kaffe really nailed both form and function with this frother. I highly recommend it to anyone who wants cafe-quality lattes and cappuccinos without leaving home.

Terra Kaffe customer service would not stop until I was satisfied, making sure I was happy with the outcome. There was an issue with my item shipping to a previous address and while they could not assist in the retrieval they made sure my address and name got updated in their system so all future purchases would arrive properly.

Cate and the Terra Kaffe support team have been fantastic throughout our entire experience. When we ran into some challenges with our machine, Cate personally stepped in with genuine care and went above and beyond to make things right.
This machine was one of our wedding gifts and has truly become a beloved part of our daily family routine. We’re absolutely thrilled with it, it’s noticeably quieter than before and the coffee tastes significantly better (rich, smooth, and consistent every single time).
We’re following all of Terra Kaffe’s recommended maintenance settings and only using official TK cleaning products and filters to keep it performing at its best.
I’ve updated my review to 5 stars because the customer service truly deserves the highest praise. We’re now big advocates for the brand and are even planning to purchase a Terra Kaffe machine as a gift for a family wedding later this year.

I bought Terra Kaffe Demi in December and it has beyond exceeded my expectations even 6 months later. I had one issue with being able to remove brew unit from machine and the customer service helped me troubleshoot and ultimately replaced my brew unit no questions asked. I felt well supported by customer support along the way with helpful videos, extremely responsive team. Have nothing but great things to say! Would def recommend

Ordering was easy and everything shipped out quickly despite it being a holiday with sales so likely increased business for them. I did reach out to customer service as one of the items said it was delivered but it turned out to be packaged with a different item. Customer service was great, they answered me quickly and gave me updated shipping information. So far I’m loving the automatic espresso machine the TK-02 and the cups I bought from them are super cute and compliment the appearance of the machine. Looks sleek and works well!

I love my Terra Kaffe "Demi" super-automatic espresso machine. It is simple and gets the job done. I have reached out twice to Terra Kaffe customer service with questions about the machine or order delivery dates and have received very fast (<24 hrs) and helpful responses each time.

Customer service is almost shockingly responsive. They respond well before I check my email. The advice given did not fix my machine, unfortunately, it was genuinely broken, but they had four different, all very good options for replacing our machine. Thanks Keyree!!

I had to have my machine serviced after a few years and the experience was excellent.

I’ve been very pleased with my TK-02. For the price point, it brews excellent coffee and offers features typically found on much more expensive machines. One of my favorite features is the ability to wake up the machine remotely from the comfort of my bed so it’s ready when I am.

The ability to dial in and customize brewing settings is a huge advantage and allows you to fine-tune your coffee exactly to your preferences. The machine consistently produces great results once you’ve adjusted the settings to your liking.

What truly sets the company apart is its customer service. Their team is responsive, proactive, and genuinely invested in the customer experience. They don’t just react to problems—they actively reach out regarding machine-related issues and provide timely support. In today’s environment, where quality customer service can be hard to find, that level of engagement is greatly appreciated.

My only criticism is that I wish the milk frother produced hotter milk. It’s certainly functional, but a higher temperature option would make milk-based drinks even better.

Overall, the TK-02 delivers outstanding value, great coffee, impressive customization options, and exceptional customer support. I would definitely recommend it to anyone looking for a premium coffee experience without paying premium-machine prices.

This is the best coffee/espresso machine ever. It looks good on the counter, makes amazing coffee with the touch of a button, and their customer service is unmatched. Very happy with my purchase and would recommend to anyone who loves a fancy cup, quick!

Had my first drink today. An americano. I was always bad at mixing the right amount of water and espresso and this does it for you, pretty cool. I’ve always been a k cup user and this is so much fresher grinding the beans and at the perfect amount. What I’ve been hoping for. No trash like a k cup , just coffee grounds so that’s also a plus. A little expensive but I have no need to go to the coffee shop in the morning before work now so it’s worth it.

I absolutely love our Terra kaffe demi machine. It might take a little tweaking to get the settings just right, but once you do it’s a really fabulous experience and I love how small it is. We use the Lungo and Espresso settings daily.

Also, an added bonus is that every time I’ve reached out to customer support I have found them extremely helpful!

Great customer service! Answered questions quickly and resolved a minor issue fast. Plus the coffee is great.

Terra Kaffe is great and we love our TK2! The machine consistently puts out beautifully crafted beverages! The app interface, and the touchscreen make it super easy to adjust no matter who you’re serving. We mostly make Americano’s however, the milk container is super easy to hook up and clean. I drink about 10 cups a day three shots espresso each in the machine consistently delivers. We also do back-to-back cups for my wife and I no issues always ready to serve. It is an investment, but if you’re looking for a high-quality product that consistently execute a high-quality crafted beverage then you found your machine.

As far as keeping the machine clean, they sell super easy packets, and there are cleaning cycles already built in the machine to run super simple! The machine tells you when you should run your clean cycles and you can knock it out in 15 minutes or less. I had one slight error. Come up once the support team was great consistently reached back out to me as I somewhat failed at responding to emails. I was able to get the error code cleared out fairly quickly with no disruption in my coffee, what a save!!

if i could give TK more stars i would. We bought the TK01 a few years ago after trying many other machines and have loved it the 01. We had so much help from them setting up the machine and every request was met with their help.
We decided to upgrade because we love the new modern model and look forward to using it.
I have also bought many of their accessories and have loved them all...the aeris glasses are beautiful.
And lastly, their customer service is the most helpful. It doesn't matter what request I make they accommodate me even if I think it's minor.

I’ve had this product for 5+ years. I’m around 9,000 espresso shots and still going strong. It has to be one of the best super automatic espresso machines out there for the price. Anytime I’ve contacted support, you get answers immediately from someone very knowledgeable. I’ve literally told people they have provided the best customer service out of any product I’ve ever purchased.

I accidentally ordered 2units and was able to get swift response to help me straighten out the order. Janna was especially helpful to ensure I’m off to a great start with my new Terra Kaffe Demi. It looks great and easy to use. The user videos TK offers are super helpful, from initial set-up to editing drinks to understanding nuances such as putting unit to sleep or emptying drip tray. All very helpful.
