I accidentally ordered 2units and was able to get swift response to help me straighten out the order. Janna was especially helpful to ensure I’m off to a great start with my new Terra Kaffe Demi. It looks great and easy to use. The user videos TK offers are super helpful, from initial set-up to editing drinks to understanding nuances such as putting unit to sleep or emptying drip tray. All very helpful.

Customer service is excellent! I had a little trouble with the descaling cycle on my Terra Kaffee Mini, so sent an email, and received detailed instructions on how to remedy the problem that morning. Followed the instructions and problem solved!
The machine is beautiful, the coffee and espresso are excellent and the service over the top!

I have nothing negative to say about Terra Kaffe. The customer service is exceptional. They’re quick to respond, personable, and go above and beyond to make sure you get the support you need. The machine is incredible. Me and my partner are coffee snobs and the tk machine by far meets our standards. It’s pricey, but definitely worth the money!

This company is the best! I have purchased TK-01 and my brother got the Demi. Both are awesome for our lifestyle. Whenever I have questions, I can call or email, and they respond instantly with solutions. Always willing to go the extra mile to make sure I am satisfied. I will be a customer for life!

The Terra Kaffe Demi is a great compact coffee and espresso machine. It allows for the ability to make fresh drip coffee by the glass, my preferred, along with espresso and other drinks, the rest of my family’s preferred choice, in one simplistic machine. I had the opportunity to reach out to customer service regarding a question and request and I received a response and resolution within 24 hrs. Will definitely continue to use their products if this is the ongoing customer service experience.

We recently purchased the Demi espresso coffee maker after previously owning the TK-01, which served us very well over the years. The Demi has been a great upgrade for our lifestyle, it's more compact, saves valuable counter space, and still delivers an excellent cup of coffee. We've been really happy with the machine overall, and the customer service has been outstanding as well. It's refreshing to deal with a company that truly stands behind its products. Highly recommended!!

I love my Demi! Espresso tastes great. I had an issue with the brewer unit and contacted their support team and they shipped a replacement out quickly.

We love our TK02 machine - it gets used multiple times a day and runs great. Definitely saved us on our coffee shop bills. The machine is super easy to use, stays clean, and make a great custom cup of coffee. Our only wish is that the water tank came in a glass or stainless steel option as the plastic water tank always has a chemical smell to it…otherwise the machine would be 10/10

I have had bad experiences with both the TK01 and TK02. So fed up with this company. Here is timeline:
02/08/2022 – Got TK01
3/29/2023 – Problems, send in for repair
6/8/23 – Less than a month after received repaired machine back, it is not working again. They send me a refurbished machine.
5/22/24 – Refurbished machine stops working – smoke actually starts coming out of it. I am told to get rid of it (no longer under warranty). Customer service somehow convinces me to buy TK02 and says it will have fewer problems.
6/24/25 – Start having problems with TK02 where I keep getting error messages and constantly need to reset machine. I deal with it because I dread sending in for repair given experiences.
4/27/26 – Problems get worse and am unable to use machine. Customer service tells me they will send box so I can send machine in for repairs.
5/9/26 – Still waiting for them to ship box.

I bought my Terra Kaffe TK-02 at launch, and I have been very pleased with my machine. I was very surprised by how good their support team responds to any questions or problems I’ve had with my machine. Just recently my machine had a strange issue with the touch screen. My machine was 2 months past my warranty and TK said irregardless they’d fix it for free. Not only did TK fix my problem, they also paid for shipping to and from, and I had my machine back within a week! I cannot say how impressed I am with Terra Kaffe as a company and how they value their customer!

My Terra Kaffe machine has been incredible. Solid machine and solid customer service. I have reached out several times for a few things and they’ve been extremely responsive very quickly. Any issues I’ve had have been resolved promptly and professionally. Highly recommend.

The TK-02 coffee machine makes a great coffee brew with all its options. Once you become familiar with the machine it becomes very easy to use each and every time. Had a slight issue initially and with the help of their customer support it was quickly resolved. The customer service team is professional and knowledgeable of the products. I would strongly recommend the TK-02!!

So far so good with the Terra Kaffe Demi. We have had our machine for just under three months and have been impressed by the flavor of the brews (mostly drip and Americano) and ease of use. Cleaning and other routine maintenance is pretty simple. When we had an issue affecting the flavor of the coffee, customer support responded the same day and helped us quickly sort it out. Time will tell how the machine holds up, but so far it's been a great addition to the kitchen.

I sold my coffee shops, but kept a single group La San Marco for home. I wanted an alternative that wouldn't take up so counter space. I don't do milk drink products so after much studying I went with the Demi. I couldn't be happier with my choice. The company is in the USA with ability to repair. I tried the Breville, an Australian company, prior to this purchase and when it had problems I was told it was made in China and the parts were unavailable due to proprietary constraints. Demi is also made in China, but is owned operated in USA and I'm told have parts and repairs available in USA. GREAT JOB TERRA KAFFE The Demi makes perfect espresso based drinks....

I love my TK-01 (first generation model). I’ve had it about 4 years and it makes delicious coffee. My favorite is a latte! It stopped working properly the other day so I sent a request for help. I was truly amazed at the amount of time and resourcefulness Melanie expended helping me. It took 2 days (and I was pretty sure it wasn’t going to get fixed) but wow! It’s working perfectly. No sending it back to the factory, no parts, just excellent service and a knowledgeable representative. Thank You! Now back to a delicious latte.

My current machine is actually my second TK-02, as we had to discard the original after the 2025 Eaton Fire contaminated our home. I'm very happy to have the machine again, noting how much I came to enjoy the TK-02's services. In both cases, the machines are beloved for their convenience and consistency; being able to wake up the machine remotely from bed via app or have it wake up on schedule is a small luxury. The drink options are all very consistent in taste and the ability to fine tune them according to personal preference via app does seem to impress guests, even the more particular in preparation.

The machine is a bit loud when starting up or being put into sleep mode, an issue I think could be improved in a future update with some additional material within the interior to hush the mechanics. But monthly maintenance is easy, with an informative screen display that informs you what/when anything needs to be cleaned. Living with a super automatic does tend to spoil you.

Also the Terra Kaffe team always seems to be updating or adding features, including new drink options and operational fine tuning, making both app and machine updates welcome rather than annoyance. I look forward to seeing how the machine and future offerings evolve.

Excellent experience with both the product and the customer service team. The item is high quality and arrived several days ahead of schedule. Shortly after my purchase, the product went on sale, and customer service promptly refunded the price difference with minimal effort required on my part.

Well, first I love my machine (Demi)! I struggled with a Breville machine and could never get a good pour or the same pour twice. This demi machine delivers great coffee without all of the intricacies of measuring input, output, time, etc. When I had a few questions, their customer support responded very quickly and accurately. I use a separate milk steamer and have fantastic results every time. I highly recommend the Terra Kaffe Demi espresso machine!!!

Have owned my TK-02 for six months now. The machine continues to deliver quality espresso. Easy maintenance and the app is great for customizing drinks. Customer service is responsive and any questions are addressed in a timely manner. One comment is that for milk drinks, it would be nice to be able to increase the temperature. Overall, extremely pleased with this purchase.
