We are UK based only, so by contacting us you will be dealing with UK based customer service and laboratories and we will never send your samples to other laboratories or overseas.
There are no hidden costs and our price includes all shipping to you and the subsequent return of the samples to us for processing. Orders can be placed via our website or by phone with a sampling kit shipped quickly and discreetly to the ordering party. Our standard DNA test takes 2 working days, or you can pay a little extra for a next-working day turnaround (from the time we receive all of the properly consented DNA test samples into our laboratory).
Our service includes the preparation and sending to you of a bespoke sampling kit, the return postage, the laboratory testing and reporting the results.
Please note that our at-home tests are for personal information only - this means that the results will not be accepted in UK courts, Births Corrections Office, the Child Maintenance Service or any other legal body. Excellent cost effective service
The test that I asked for involved two samples which were easy to obtain with the provided instructions.
I was amazed how quickly the result was mailed back.

Excellent service and wonderful news in the results
I carried out this test for my twin girls. When they were born I was told they were not identical- as they had separate placenta.
However they are extremely alike. This test has confirmed what we always thought- they are IDENTICAL! Brilliant experience.

With home self-sampling, on rare occasions we are unable to obtain a complete DNA profile for a donor, or there may be issues with contamination/mixed profiles caused at the point of your home-sampling.
We made multiple attempts in the laboratory to generate a full DNA profile for the donor in question. Re-sampling is always a last resort as we appreciate the extra time and cost involved to you as the customer and us as the laboratory.
We have already discussed the reasons with you prior to re-sampling and agreed a way forward which you accepted. This re-sampling was successful and you have now received a final result for this test.

Finally, at 51 years old we got tested
My twin and I wanted to get our DNA checked to see if we are identical twins, we are now 51 years old and whilst my Mum was told we weren't, we are exactly the same to look at. So we looked into getting ourselves tested, and we are so pleased to have used the DNA company.
The whole journey was amazing, called Monday to place order, received tests following day, posted back following day and received results on the Thursday.
We are identical, amazing, thank you so much.
