Very quick to arrange and the man on the telephone was easy to understand and very helpful. I changed to the AA as my previous insurer hiked the cost of renewal so much.

Good quick service
I got a quote, rang up to see if you can post policy out ,went back in to buy it and it had gone up £20 so rang back and he did it at the original price. Phone answered quickly. Helpful.

Auto-renewal should be optional
No issues at all with the insurance or application process, I'm marking them down for 2 reasons. 1) they put annual auto renewal on automatically with no clear way of turning it off; 2) they say they will hold payment card details for 'ease of use' at the renewal time, again with no clear option to turn it off)

Searched Go Compare and from results AA cover and price was great. Much cheaper than the offer from my current insurer and covers even more. Easy to navigate AA site and to complete purchase.
