I'm more than happy to provide a positive review and would highly recommend Sam's service to any landlords out there. I've used a few letting agents in my time and Sam at The Avenue is right up there with the most professional I've dealt with, he provides regular progress updates and has found good tenants for two of my properties in the last 3 months.

I recently bought my new home through the Avenue in Sutton Coldfield and i couldn’t be happier with the service I received from the whole team.
They were supportive professional and incredibly helpful.
Emma ,Helen and Steph were all amazing.

They kept me updated at every stage of the process answered all my questions and promptly.
They put me at ease each time I felt stressed as buying a house it one of the most stressful times.

We had our house on the market with a local agent for 3 months. With only 8 viewings over them months and no effort to push our property by this company we decided we needed a change.
We saw Emily Cuthbert-Edkins instagram profile and gave her a ring and let her know the situation. We needed the house gone asap as our mortgage renewal was due in 3 months. Emily provided first class service from start to finish. Sold our house within 3 days or so of being on the market and for asking price. Steph was also excellent and provided support throughout the process on some very difficult situations we faced. Cant recommend The Avenue enough from our experience. We felt like there was a personal touch that we may not have had from some of the high street agencies out there.
