Great experience
Our estate agent had excellent communication and replied quickly to any concerns or queries that we had through throughout the process. On day of completion, we received a lovely gift which we thought was a lovely touch.

Excellent customer experience
Sam (from Lettings) could not have been more helpful in drawing up a new tenancy agreement for my tenant who had had a change of circumstances. I felt very reassured as he talked me through the process which was carried out swiftly and thoroughly. If you are someone looking to rent or a private landlord needing help with a tenancy I would highly recommend that you speak to Sam at the Avenue.

Initially I felt daunted by the process particularly as it involved the sale of my childhood home. However, Bailee was empathetic, helpful, reassuring and kept me up to date with where we were in the process. Both Emma and Helen have been fantastic throughout our journey to sell our home. With the knowledge and hard work of them both it wouldn’t have happened so quickly. Highly professional, fantastic communication and always ready to offer a solution to any issues that may arise.
