We've been using this supplier for our small business for a while now, and the service has been consistently excellent. Deliveries are always quick and reliable, and any questions we have are answered promptly.

A special thank you to Amar, who has been incredibly helpful throughout. He's always quick to respond to emails, knowledgeable, and nothing ever seems to be too much trouble. It's great to work with someone who genuinely cares about providing excellent customer service.

We're very happy with the service we've received and would happily recommend this supplier to other businesses.

We've ordered from The Branded Company a couple of times now and the products we've received are great quality. Sam is always super helpful and quick to respond, too. Thank you :)

Amar was very helpful multiple times in placing orders and responding promptly to queries. He made the process very easy and smooth sailing.

Amar's service from start to finish was exceptional and I pleased with the quality of the products

Amar at The Branded Company provided excellent service from start to finish. He was responsive, knowledgeable, and made the whole process of placing our promotional merchandise order straightforward and hassle-free. Communication was great throughout, and he was always happy to answer questions and offer helpful advice. I'd definitely recommend Amar and The Branded Company for anyone looking for quality promotional merch and great customer service.

Good communication, quality product and fast delivery. Thank you Ethan.

We ordered a fantastic selection of Bilfinger-branded giveaways from The Branded Company, including chocolate tools, seeds in little plant pots and what felt like a lorry load of jelly beans. They looked great and went down extremely well at the World BioGas event in Birmingham.

Muzi was brilliant throughout. He may be a man of few words online, but he is warm, engaging and incredibly helpful on the phone, so I would encourage other customers to pick up the phone and speak to him. He was thorough, responsive and turned everything around remarkably quickly.

I would have no hesitation in using Muzi and The Branded Company again.

(sorry the lorry was a bit battered - it was in my back pack on a packed train returning home!)

Had a few calls with different companies and came across the Branded Company. Sam was very helpful and friendly over the phone and over email with all the proofs to provide all the materials. Cannot fault the team and shall be using them again. Thank you.

Lou really helped us, in general, and in sourcing the right product, thank you!

Fantastic customer service. Thank you Muzi. Really pleased with the speaker. Great sound.

Great job meet my tight deadline and kept me informed all the way . Very happy with my Coffin Air freshers, which stole the show.

We recently placed a last-minute order for some branded gifts, and the service we received was outstanding. Sam Lane was incredibly helpful throughout the entire process, keeping us updated, answering our questions promptly, and ensuring everything was handled efficiently despite the tight deadline.

The gifts arrived as required, and the whole experience was seamless from start to finish. Sam's professionalism, responsiveness, and willingness to go the extra mile made a potentially stressful situation very straightforward.

A huge thank you to Sam – we wouldn't hesitate to use The Branded Company again and highly recommend them to others looking for quality branded merchandise and excellent customer service.

Great Experience.
Really great service every time. The team is always friendly and willing to help, even with last-minute requests. Muzi is especially brilliant at making sure everything is sorted and delivered on time.

This is the first time we have used the Branded Company and would recommend them.
Sam was very helpful in his advice and during the process. Whilst he was on leave his e-mails were picked up and answered efficiently.
Any queries were answered very quickly and the order was quickly turned around. We are very pleased with our branded tote bags.

We had an urgent request for a large order and Sam Lane and the team at Branded Company were very helpful and made the order possible. Sam was able to send me a mock-up of my product on the same day and answered all my questions very quickly. The product was great and arrived on time. Would definitely work with them again.

We've used The Branded Company for quite a few years now and the level of service and support we receive from Ramsay is exceptional. He always manages to source items from our most basic descriptions. Definitely recommend

I needed a branded product fast as a last-minute give-away at a launch. I used the Branded Company before, so went straight to their website to check out the options and give Dylan a ring. He was so helpful in sorting out the artwork and ensuring that I got the product in time. I wouldn't hesitate in recommending this company, competitive pricing and great service!

We have been dealing with The Branded Company for quite a long time, and in particular with Ramsey, and he have never let us down.
The range they carry and are able to source is fantastic.
The service is great, and their prices are very fair.
Our personal thanks to Ramsey, who always goes out of his way to help us out, even when we`ve required our promotional items at short notice.

This is the second time we've purchased from The Branded Company and dealt with Ethan. Ethan was able to source a custom product that no other branded companies were offering, and even got it delivered in time for our exhibition. Great products and service, highly recommend!

Ordered customised Juco bags for party favours. They came out looking fantastic. The product was delivered in good time. The team were friendly and were very flexible.
