I wish I’d read these Trustpilot reviews before going ahead and booking a ‘90s themed Christmas bottomless brunch’ with this company! I booked a table for 6 at the end of October for an event in early December and paid the almost £300 full cost upfront. The marketing for this event looked great, I saw it on socials and their website and thought yes, this looks fab. However after paying upfront (including around a £15 booking admin fee… first red flag) I noticed a few days later the event disappeared off the Brunch clubs social pages and website.
I contacted the venue where the event was taking place and they said they haven’t worked with Brunch Club since the summer and there was no ‘90s Xmas brunch event’.. so why are we paying almost £300 in October for a Christmas brunch when the venue cut ties with the Brunch Club in summer?
After contacting the Brunch Club via email and socials calling them out on this, I just so happened to get a marketing email to say the event had been cancelled. What a coincidence that it was as myself and the rest of the booking party began emailing and commenting on their socials. I then conveniently got a reply to my first emails along the lines of ‘oh we have just emailed out to cancel this event.’ But there never was an event, this venue didn’t even work with the Brunch club and haven’t since summer. I have had a full refund but WHAT A FAFF and totally pointless and unnecessary experience. These reviews say everything, this company is only a few more cock ups from a full PR crisis. Thanks for my refund but you should never have taken the money in the first place. Oh and the URL for this event is still live and tickets can still be purchased… absolute joke.
If you’ve noticed the event you’ve booked on to has disappeared from their social channels then definitely check that it’s actually legitimate and contact them and the venue for confirmation the event is going ahead. Their terms and conditions are really sneaky outlining the onus is on the customer to ask for refunds and make contact of events are cancelled… ridiculous.

Spent £45 each to receive ‘bottomless’ drinks that weren’t given out until 12.20 and was advertised as 12-1. Had to keep asking for drinks.
Had a slice of margarita pizza and a spring roll to eat.
No tribute act. Songs kept going on repeat. Very disappointed.

I had booked a drag bottomless brunch in leamington and was never told that this event had been cancelled as when the event day came I re-downloaded my tickets to find that the event had changed
To a regular bottomless brunch (no drag queens that I had originally paid an booked for ) and it wasn’t even in the same city! It had moved to Birmingham! Still awaiting response from my emails

The event was mediocre and there are a lot better brunches for less money ! I wouldn’t spend £100 for 2 tickets if I had known what the actual event was.

The food options are very very limited if you don’t eat meat - only one vegan option, which was cold avocado on cold toast.

Overall okay day but very overpriced and didn’t get told the event I had originally booked had changed completely

Two of us went to the 00s brunch in London and we had a great time. Good venue, great food, even had live singers which made a brilliant atmosphere. Never had an empty cup, always bringing round pitchers for when you run out.

Attended the Beyoncé drag brunch at pier 9 in Brighton. There was a delay getting in as so many people needed to register with the casino in order to get to your table.

Once the drinks started coming round (10min after the start time) they only had jugs of 2 cocktails. We mentioned to the waitress that we would like Prosecco which she had to go and check 3 times that it was included in the brunch despite us showing the adverts that said it was. She then came back over to our table of 10 people with less than half a bottle of Prosecco and so had to leave again to get more. She did this several times instead of just brining enough drink for everyone. Service was so slow and poor. The other table with us didn’t get their first drink for 20mins and yet the venue stopped the bottomless part of the event at 12.30 despite the fact they didn’t serve most of the people until almost 12. The most expensive bottomless brunch I’ve ever been too with the least amount of drinks. Food was tiny and for some it was cold. There was not enough staff for the number of tables but once the bottomless had ended there seemed to be a lot of staff appear asking tables if they would like to buy drinks. The server came over more once the bottomless ended than they did during the bottomless.

Despite multiple complaints to the manager nothing was done. There were 20 of us on a hendo so we had paid a lot of money to be there. We weren’t the only unhappy group either. Really disappointing and definitely don’t recommend the brunch club UK or the pier 9 venue in Brighton.

Me and the girls went to a brunch to celebrate a birthday and it was everything we wanted it to be. The saxophonist payed extra attention to the bday girl when he found out we was celebrating her day. The dancers were amazing and so friendly. Amazing music, everyone was up dancing and singing so the vibes were immaculate. Although the menu changed there were still options for the whole group (veg, gluten free etc) and was just what we needed to line our stomachs. Can have cocktails and prosecco at the same time so fair to say we were not walking out there straight. All staff were friendly and very helpful. Planning on going again for a gals Christmas Brunch!

Had so much fun at the bottomless brunch yesterday. LOTS of alcohol, decent portions of food and the live act was so good! Would definitely recommend booking this brunch.

Best brunch we have ever been to! Acts were great and they were very generous with drinks! Would highly recommend!

10 of us attended The Beyoncé drag brunch in Bristol recently. The venue ran out of Prosecco, someone eventually went to purchase more but didn’t offer it to any tables until you go to the bar to complain. Have written emails to the Brunch Club who isn’t taking responsibility and has said it’s down to the venue to refund which they have said they won’t be doing. Our food was forgotten. Not enough staff working and no one had a club what they were doing.

Excellent fun.
Drinks were constantly filled.
Staff were friendly and helpful.
Entertainment was fabulous.
Burger and chips were hot and great tasting.
Abba and 80s brunch. Great fun.

Minor comment. Food came when entertainment started. So couldn't sing. Had to eat burger quickly . 😋

They cancelled the event and then refused to refund the booking fee for the two tables I'd booked. Out of pocket for trains and hotels. Really disappointing when fancy dress had been bought and a lot of organising took place between our group of friends to then be let down.
