Had to go and get our food from an outside vendor despite pre ordering. The prosecco was rose and we asked for just prosecco and told they only had rose which was disgusting. No woo woo cocktail as advertised. The drag queens do not sing, worst entertainment ever. Was embarrassing!!

Don’t waste your money! £45 for a drag spice girl bottomless brunch…
1. They ask you to get there for 1.30pm but bottomless drinks don’t start till 2pm so you have to buy your own drinks till then.
2. You only get 1 hour of unlimited drinks but because it’s so busy with it being waitress service, you’re lucky to get 5 drinks.
3. 3 out of the spice girls turned up with hardly any spice girls songs (I mean, it’s spice girl themed)
4. My burger was served in a poxy takeaway pot… no chips, just a burger in a pot. When you’ve paid £45 EACH, you’d think you’d get your lunch on a plate!

Will not be doing a bottomless brunch again with this company! Absolute joke.

Terrible nonexistent customer service.
My partner has been really unwell with suspected epilepsy so obviously can't go to something like this incase he has a seizure. They've completely ignored our emails for the most part then said that because it wasn't cancelled within the 2 days grace period. We explained he was waiting for an MRI in that time so it wasn't a priority. Just ridiculous. Have a bit of empathy!

AVOID!!!! Booked the Disney Drag Terrace Party for my Hen party for 13th July 2024. Unbeknownst to me, it has been cancelled. No one from the company has been in touch to let me know its been cancelled and no sign of a refund. I have asked for them to contact me, still waiting. 10 days out from my hen party, trying to book something else. Poor customer service and a waste of over £200!!

Wouldn’t recommend booked country superstars rooftop party, venue had barely any alcohol only served one type of cocktail and we thought for the £20 ticket it was bottomless brunch but didn’t realise till after we booked it wasn’t and that was just entry, the music was terrible people singing which at first I thought it was karaoke going on 🤣🤣

Avoid they will take your money then cancel the event

I’ve purchased tickets to go out months and months ago, me and my friend was so looking forward to it, then when I looked at it lucky I did it cancelled no notification no apology nothing hopefully I can get a refund

I would give 0 stars if I could.AVOID AVOID AVOID. Disney drag brunch booked for a friends 40th. Food inedible. Ordered halloumi fries and got chips with a strip of halloumi on top. My friend can’t eat potato. Drag queens didn’t sing or give sass just walked up and down. Second drag queen didn’t even do it to Disney music (at a Disney drag show?). We left as it was so awful. There was a group outside complaining also. I have tried numerous times to get in contact and no responses whatsoever ever. Does your customer service exist? I’ve even tried asking a question without saying I’m complaining and no response. Please I beg of you all please don’t waste your money on this company there are much much better brunches out there. We will NEVER EVER EVER use this company again and will ensure everyone knows how awful they are. Bad reviews are not good and I urge everyone to listen and pay attention to all the negative reviews this company has.

Unreal. Bottomless was quick. Tunes were fantastic. What more could you want!

Had a great night at the emo brunch with great food and great music!

Both my friend and I booked for the Birmingham country event. Firstly the location was changed from Rosie’s to Popworld! Popworld for a country event! It should have said it all really.

Upon arrival we were shown to our table and were asked to sit on a 6 seater table with already 6 strangers on… we refused to sit on strangers knees. We were given a table right infront of the bar, constantly surrounded and crowded by people waiting to order from the bar.

The music was terrible not even country. Live singer was not brilliant.

Food was cold and given to us in take away boxes. The chicken burger was dry. I wouldn’t even give it to my dog.

Cocktails were only served by the pitcher with no more than 2 shots of alcohol in. Basically a pitcher of fruit juice. We were given a pitcher with some kind of dead insect in also.

The whole experience was awful. We left less than one hour of arriving. The atmosphere was terrible. We paid £80+ to sit in a crowded popworld, listen to terrible none country music, starve and drink fruit juice. No thanks.

Booked the spice girls drag brunch in Nottingham, only 2 turned up and sang very few spice girl songs and one wasn’t really drag! Food was ok, the bar stopped serving Prosecco during the period of free drinks and charged… not worth the money and sadly wouldn’t book again!!!

We attended the Disney Themed Bottomless Brunch at Rosie’s in Birmingham on Bank Holiday weekend for a Hen Do.
1. The food was served in take away boxes. I knew when they bought out the disposable cutlery that we were not in for a culinary delight. The actual food was not horrific but it was cheap and not worth £45+. Later on we went to a chain Italian, I paid £22 for food, an alcoholic drink and service charge and it was so much better, so it can be done! Most of our party didn’t even eat the food because of how it looked and tasted.
2. It wasn’t brunch. My understanding is breakfast at lunch time or half way between breakfast and lunch. This was a chicken or pork burger with coleslaw, no sides or fries, served at 12noon, that’s not brunch, that’s lunch.
3. The event is 3 hours but only bottomless for the first hour. Granted the staff were actually quite good at topping up the drinks but after the hour you had to pay for your own drinks. Considering how much we’d paid we weren’t willing to spend additional money at the bar.
4. The cocktails were a 2l pitcher with 2 shots of alcohol…that’s not a cocktail, that’s not even an alco pop. The fizz was 5% and was so bad we had to mix the cocktail with the fizz to make it palatable. There is no chance of even feeling any affect of the alcohol
5. The music was great! We were singing and dancing and having a great time (of our own making) before the entertainment
6. I thought the drag queens would be milling around, talking to people and there would be a few. There were 2. There were 2x 20 min sets, one of the queens mostly mimed, the whole thing massively killed the vibe, we were having a good time before them. In the second set they did a couple of good games and their interaction with the audience was funny but it wasn’t enough to bring the atmosphere back. One of the queens actually had a really good voice but the whole thing was amateur and unorganised and not well put together at all.

Do something else and play some Disney music whilst getting ready, you’ll have a much better time for much less money!

All I can say is, don’t waste your money!

We’d travelled to Birmingham for the day for a ‘mean girls’ bottomless brunch and I can honestly say I’ve never been so disappointed. The bottomless drinks consisted of 5% fizz and the option of a Pitcher cocktail (which was practically fruit juice)

The brunch was meant to be 3hrs long, and we were only provided with 20 mins of a very adequate unrehearsed performance.

Ourselves along with about 80% of the venue left an hour early as quite frankly we were bored.

Attended the Mean Girls Brunch in Birmingham, it was so bad that most people left halfway through.

Drinks - the 'prosecco' was 5% proof and the cocktails were pretty much just fruit juice. We complained to the venue about this and they said they could only serve what the Brunch Club had paid for, which included jugs of cocktail with only 2 shots of alcohol in.

Food - pulled pork burger was comparable to something you would get at a cheap burger van, but cold.

Entertainment - three girls singing fairly badly. They performed one 20 minute set then didn't even perform the second set because most people had left.

Music - it was supposed to be 90s and 00s theme but honestly it was like the DJ had just put the UK top 40 on shuffle.

Overall, huge waste of money at £50 a ticket. I've never left a bottomless brunch sober and bored, but clearly there's a first time for everything.

We attended the Mean Girls themed event in Brum and the whole event was a complete mess.

Our group of four was sat at a table next to another group of four (whom we'd never met). The tables were pretty cramped too, leaving not much room to move.

Right from the start, we had issues regarding a dietary requirement (which was communicated and confirmed prior to the event).
After showing them the email confirmation as proof, this was sorted by a staff member.

The burgers in question were lackluster and far from expectation.

The bottomless cocktails were extremely watered down and tasted/smelt more like squash. It also took over 25 minutes to get our first drink.

As for the entertainment, whoever was doing the mic tech clearly did not know what they were doing. "Gretchen"s mic had issues throughout, which left her without a microphone completely by the end of the event. The performance set was disappointingly short and felt very unrehearsed - it was clear they didn't know the songs that well. In total they sang about 4 or 5 songs for a 3 hour event.

Almost everybody left over an hour early and to nobody's surprise, nobody was impressed. We were part of the last 3 tables standing and even we didn't make it to the scheduled end of the event.

Safe to say we will not be attending any events hosted by this company again.

Me and my friends have been to a number of events put on by The Brunch Club and always have the best time. Good drinks, decent food and great entertainment every time! Can’t wait to book the next one!

Booked for the ABBA event in Birmingham

Before you book, read the T&Cs as they do not offer refunds.
For £45 we had a measly choice of 3 burgers and 2 cocktails choices, along with 4% prosecco and beers, even the soft drink choices were appalling, lemonade or coke zero.

Food arrived in a plastic takeaway container, cold. No cutlery or napkins to eat with. Literally just a burger and coleslaw, nothing else.

Drinks, well what can I say, it was 4% prosecco that we had to share with other people on the table (who weren't part of our party). The cocktails we had were so watered down that I questioned whether alcohol had been added to it.

Then there was the 'entertainment' - they rocked on at 1.15. Only 2 girls (I'm sure there were also 2 men in ABBA), both trying to outsing each other. Came off at 1.45. Both got the words wrong to a few songs.

So all in all, we paid £45 each for a burger that looks like it came from a snack van and 2 pitchers of sex on the beach. We left at 2pm, other people had gone before this.

I do need to add, every single member of staff were wonderful and I know this would have been completely out of their hands.

Top tip, go to any other bottomless brunch and get your money worth - avoid the brunch club with a barge pole, unless you don't mind where you spend your money.

I booked two tickets for Taylor Swift Bottomless Brunch in Birmingham - I wish I didn’t!
I’ve used the Brunch Club before for an ABBA event (not bottomless brunch) which was great, however this was not.
Firstly, the venue it was held at, Rosie’s in Birmingham was an absolute dive. If you’re newly 18, you probably wouldn’t care but the sticky floors & poor standard is not for me.
We were put on tables with x2 other bookings which I wouldn’t expect. These tables were like being at school.
Everyone on the table had to have the same drink. Not ideal.
The drinks were very average, cheap Prosecco & watered down cocktails.
The Taylor Swift act was awful. She got the wrong lyrics, missed cues, you couldn’t hear her over the music, and didn’t look like she’d even put much effort into looking like Taylor Swift.
Most tables left before the end of the entertainment.
The food was awful disgusting & served from a polystyrene container.
Overall, not please & just lucky we’re Taylor Swift fans so just enjoyed listening to her songs (via the DJ) loudly.
