The Brunch Club is an absolute gem! From the moment we stepped in, we were greeted with super warm and friendly staff! The service is impeccable, the staff go above and beyond to ensure you really are having the best time. We had so much fun celebrating my friends birthday and I can’t recommend the venue enough. The Brunch Club provides the perfect backdrop for any occasion to celebrate. 10/10 thank you!! 🎉🥳🥳

Spent £800 on tickets for a birthday due, for the event to be CANCELLED with NO NOTICE. Which is awful when the refund policy is you have up to 28 days to ask for a refund after the event has been cancelled. It took forever for a response and to get it sorted. They also give you the option of 'store credit' for up to 180 days, Where as the next possible event of the same theme was always just over 180 days away. Ridiculous.

Getting a refund is still possible if you fell for this scam organisation, the company is "Like it Love it" LIMITED. We were able to find a phone number that way by finding the company behind brunch club. Also contact the event venue location and talk to there event manager.

Nottingham bottomless emo.
Avoid at all costs. Complete waste of money. Venue we attended was rude, wouldn't give us drinks. Half hour in and no drinks. Staff just waiting for bottomless to end so they can get your money. We paid 90+ quid and I got one pitcher, cold chicken and rude service from the bar staff. Customer services won't help, told me to contact the bar, clearly stated in my complaint the bar won't help and are at fault. Apparently in there terms and conditions.

Awful bottomless brunch. We went to 2 in Leicester’s both times was the worst bottomless brunch I’ve been to.
It’s expensive to only get 1 hour of bottomless and both times they were highly unorganised and didn’t bring drinks out quick enough. It took 20 minutes to get a drink and they had to extend it by 15 minutes as they were so late/ everyone was fuming.
They ran out of Prosecco both times and had to do a Tesco run. The staff were pretty rude too.
Don’t waste your money, do a cheaper one that lasts for longer

If I could leave zero stars I would. Absolutely shocking. This was held at Fat Cats, Leicester. It was a spice girls brunch- there were only three spice girls because, according to the entertainers, the company were too cheap to pay for another two.
My table did not get our first order of drinks until 40 minutes into the only “free” hour of drinks allocated. They then did not want to extend our time until we really complained.
They also ran out of Prosecco within TEN MINUTES.
The food came from a sports bar down the road. The food was NOT edible. The pizzas had clearly been cooked hours beforehand. They were cold, burnt and were hard.
There was a man there who was clearly an organiser and he was so rude to customers telling them to go away and sit down. We raised the issues with him and he said the brunch club needs to be contacted. We have contacted them and surprise, surprise they don’t want to take responsibility either, saying it is the event location we should contact.
We paid £46 each (there was a large group of us) and nobody is taking responsibility for how shocking it was. The brunch club should be embarrassed for promoting this. You’d think they would care more for their business but clearly not.
Do not waste your money. You’d have a better service and food at the local Wetherspoons.

Awful!

Cannot express how poor the service, food, and event organisation was for the Spice Girls Brunch. This company outsources the venue to organise the brunches for them and therefore have refused to refund any of the ticket price despite:
- having COLD and BURNT food which was ordered from an other venue down the road and arrived in uber bags!!!!
- We had no drinks until 40 minutes into the "bottomless" hour
- The drinks we had did not match the menu choices, they started putting cheap bottles of rose on the table just to appease people
- They ran out of prosecco after 10 minutes and every drink on the menu was prosecco based.
- They only paid for 3 out of 5 spice girls to turn up...
- I could go on...

For £46 a ticket and 12 of us their, they made £552 just for our table. I felt awful for the staff working the event as it was embarrassing for them... a lot of them being young girls who looked visibly upset.

Never again.

Poorly organised, waited outside in the cold for 30minutes before letting us in. Bottomless drinks were far from adequate (only two cocktailsand were extremely watered down!). No communication with why everything was late. Two bar staff serving 100+ people. Half our table got a drink after 20minutes, the other 2 people had to wait another 15minutes. 'Events manager' in Birmingham was rude and unhelpful. Food was awful! The only good thing was the music!!! Absolute rip off. AVOID!!!

I wish that I had read the trust pilot reviews prior to booking this experience. At the event, I was promised my money back. But it’s been weeks and I’m yet to receive a reply. I went to the ABBA drag event hosted at The Sky Bar in Nottingham. I spoke to a member of the brunch club team following mince meat being served in a dish marked as vegan. This was served to a vegetarian member of our party, who had not consumed meat for over 5 years prior to this incident. Following this, the manager proceeded to ask what the other members of the group had eaten. This understandably caused sickness, resulting in the cancellation of our further plans that day.

Whilst I’d like to say this was the worst part of our experience, I would like to share some further information about the rest of the rest of the event. We arrived at 11:30 and spent 30 minutes queuing outside. When we made it to our table, we waited an additional 35 minutes for our first drink. When it finally arrived, this was simply a glass of unidentified juice each. When we asked if there was a choice, we were told ‘this is your choice’. It became quickly apparent that the advertised drinks would not be available. Whilst I appreciate that the venue had changed, it was not communicated that the advertised drinks would no longer be available. This caused a lot of confrontation between defensive members of staff and attendees.   The venue seemed underprepared and overwhelmed, during the ‘bottomless brunch’ our table were served two drinks. Other tables were given bottles for complaining.

An hour later, the disappointment continued when our food arrived. Whilst I understand a menu change occurred. We had all made our food choices in advance of the event and the kitchen should have been prepared to serve them. Along side the ‘vegan’ pasta containing meat,  we expected to be served two ‘JUICY PAN-SEARED CHICKEN BREAST, SERVED WITH CREAMY MUSHROOM SAUCE,SEASONAL VEGETABLES, AND A CHOICE OF RICE OR FRIES’. Yet again we were not given the advertised choice of fries or rice. Instead we were given a quarter of a wrap, chicken, fries, lettuce and no sauce. Meanwhile, some tables, who had made the same order were given chicken bites, rice and fries. It felt like the kitchen were just trying to use up leftover ingredients.

In addition to the poor quality food and drink, there was not a lock on any of the available toilets. Meaning that we couldn’t even access toilets whilst at the event.

This was an absolutely horrific experience, and I’m disappointed in the customer service team for not replying. Although this seems to be a common occurrence

We went to the Taylor Swift brunch on 2nd March, we arrived early as we were told we had to be there for half 11am. 11:35 some of us went up to the door and were told we were in the wrong place, then walking to this other place and another man told us infact it was there! Then they started positioning the que barriers at 11:45. Started quing the scanning process was a shane the guy who scanned my ticket tomd me tgat my ticket was actually scanned back in December and i couldn't use the ticket! The date he said was the date i bought the ticket!! Anyway finally got through after that drama. Was taken in to this nightclub that smelt like it hadnt been cleaned for a few nights, stunk of stale alcohol and the toilets looked dirty too, baring in my we were the first people there that day! We were sat at these thin benches whist placed in random seats that the organisers just picked at random.
It was bottomless brunch yet we had to beg for alcohol at our table, not a great selection wither and was told one cocktail jug per table! Then after an hour had to pay for our drinks. The food was hurrendous. You pre order your food a few days before. Firsr person in our party orders a pizza that turnt up half hour in hard and cold, 2 hours later i had to asl where my food was and she brought it out right at the end and it was vile.Thank god we had great company and music! The event was extremely disorganised and definitely not worth the money! Dont not waste your money booking with this company.

Venue was cancelled we were offered alternative dates and venues or the option of a full refund. I opted for a full refund . Still waiting for my
£380+ . E mails to "Customer Services "( do they exist ? )are ignored so I guess I'll see you in small claims court. Avoid at all costs.

This company is a sham. We had booked for our friends hen party months in advance for over 25 people and they pulled out 4 days before the event was due to happen. They then had the audacity to ignore our emails requesting a refund. They have no regard for customer service or basic humanity. Never trust them. Never use their service. They are a joke.

Absolutely horrific. We booked a table of 4 with priority view to the ABBA brunch - took over an hour to be seated and they only had a table of 2 left. One of our friends was on crunches so couldn't sit at the table as it was in a walkway to the kitchen. We were given a table upstairs but not served any drinks in the next half hour despite chasing. The venue admitted they were overrun and said they'd be happy to communicate we required a refund. After 2 months of chasing, radio silence from Brunch Club. They also delete comments on Instagram if they don't like what you've written!

Event cancelled 2 weeks ago. No reply to emails, we’re still waiting for a refund of £60.

Absolutely shocking!!!
We walked out on arrival.

Complete false advertisement in drinks and experiences

A complete rip off - we paid £20 for an event which we could have attended for free.

‘Abba’ performers performed only 8 songs, no food was available (even to purchase) and when we tried contacting them post event, no one replied. Save your money and do not fall for this scam.

We were soooo disappointed by the event we attended. Firstly it was a venue change at the last minute meaning we had to resubmit all our food orders for a lower quality menu choice, then when we arrived we waiting over 40 minutes for our food, during eating we were advised the the bottomless table service was only for an hour and then we’d have to get drinks from the bar and pay for them!
WTH!! Surely Bottomless means just that … not for just 1 hour but for the full 4 hour event!
It seems anything by The Brunch Club is not as expected and just a HUGE CON!

If I could give zero stars, I would. We attended a 90s Xmas brunch at JoJo lounge in Bham today. It was abysmal and not at all what we expected based on the event description and what is promoted online. It was totally lacking in atmosphere and clearly done on the cheap. It was an embarrassingly amateur affair at best and at worst a borderline scam to fleece people for money. Feel like we’ve been properly ripped off. Nothing Christmassy about it, no decor or cheer - not even a spot of tinsel or a disco ball. Not even a dedicated dance floor space for those who wanted to boogie and make the most of it. Venue was a vacant restaurant with a mobile dj and ‘entertainment’ was two glorified kareoke singers who could barely hold a note at times. Felt sorry for them to be honest as they were young and trying their best to hold a bewildered crowd. This was a 3 hour event supposedly. We Left after an hour and a half and we weren’t the first to call it a day. Our advice? Avoid this particular event if you can. Get a refund before you go if you can. There are so many cheaper brunch tickets in Bham that deliver a fantastic experience - this doesn’t even compare. Brunch Club you should be ashamed of yourselves.
