I have contacted TCN at least twice, not hearing back from them

I have contacted TCN regarding A. not being able to see my card, gifted to my, my daughter was able to fix it, she had the wrong phone number (I never heard from them anyway and this was in February)
B. Why my Woolworths transaction was declined. Haven't heard from them, I just got the same autogenerated message that I got all those months ago

Part Order recieved with no…

Part Order recieved with no explanation.
I ordered 25 gift cards and have received only 10. I have emailed Support and attempted to call The Card Network without any luck. What am I to do now?! You can't speak to anyone because the phone cuts after 15-minutes - I've called several times.

The reply from the support email was vague and unhelpful. Now, after having posted by review I finally was able to speak to a real person - a call that took 23 minutes before I received assurance the matter was being resolved. It turns out the missing cards - being Prepaid Mastercards - were sent separately to the others and their processing timeframe was "different" to the others. I finally received the second batch ten days after receiving the first. I am not sure the fact that the cards are dispensed at different times is was something clearly stated when I placed my order.

No birthday present

Ordered digital gift for birthday today , birthday boy has not received it as yet poor service,cant call anyone on weekend for follow up.

While we understand this can sometimes be frustrating, these checks are in place not only for fraud prevention, but importantly to help protect our customers and their payment information. Absolutely disgusted. Avoid at all costs

Absolutely disgusted.
Bought an online Visa card and received nothing in return . This is the second time I have dealt with this company and they are absolutely shocking.
If you don’t chase things up, you lose your money.
If you try and ring, the answering service says you can only be on hold for 15 minutes and after 15 minutes you get disconnected and offered the option to email them.
This loop keeps repeating itself.
Eventually, I got through to an operator and made it very clear I wanted a full refund immediately.
In fairness, the operator was very helpful. In fact I feel quite sorry for her, having to work for such a shocking organisation.
Be aware that gift cards in the supermarkets are often supplied by this company, they come disguised as many different companies but the cards are supplied by TCN. Make sure you read the back of the physical card / packaging if you buy in store. And if you are buying online be very careful to avoid this company as they are absolutely disgraceful and leave a very bad taste and bad experience behind.

Yes with all digital gift cards, there is a review process which can take up to 48 hours to complete before delivery. We understand this may be frustrating to wait, however this is in place for protect the security of our customers.

In some cases, there may also be issues with gift card delivery which can usually be resolved by our support team through verifying order details and resending the card where required.

if there were 0 stars i would tick that. I had a very disappointing experience dealing with this card network. The customer service namely corresponding with Jarlo was poor from the start—staff came across as rude, dismissive, and unwilling to listen. The interaction felt rushed and abrupt, with no effort made to properly understand or resolve my issue.

What stood out most was how rigid their approach was. There was absolutely no room for negotiation or flexibility, even in situations where a reasonable solution could have been reached. It felt like they were following a script rather than genuinely trying to help.

To make matters worse, I was unable to escalate the issue. There seemed to be no clear pathway to speak with someone more senior or to have my concerns reviewed further. Overall, the experience lacked any sense of goodwill toward customers, leaving me frustrated and dissatisfied.

The recipient never got their voucher

The recipient never got their voucher, and The Card Network never responded to the ticket I submitted.

*** It's easy to come online after the fact and pay lip service for the sake of optics, but what matters is the service delivered during the process of fixing the actual issue. I sent multiple emails, called during hours, only to get an answering machine telling me to call during hours. This happened two or three times. Finally I got an answer and the issue was fixed but only through great effort on my part, not the part of the card network.

Zero - Scam. Lost $500

Zero. Title: Extremely concerning experience – avoid.

I am raising this with ACCC and NSW police Cyber.

I had the worst experience with - The Card Network / Card.Gift. DO NOT UTILISE THIS SERVICE.

I purchased a $500 gift card which was marked as ‘delivered’, however the recipient never received it.

When I raised this, the response I received was that the issue was due to our IT being ‘compromised’, with no clear evidence or resolution provided.

At this stage, I am out of pocket $500 with no outcome. I have to go to the police and raise with the ACCC. I will not stop until this is resolved and will continue to spread the experience I have with this so called business.

I would strongly recommend others do not proceed with using this business and ensure they fully understand the risks before using this service.

Design Your Own - Physical Card

I had a wonderful experience ordering from this gift card company. The personalisation option made it really special—I was able to include a beautiful message for the couple, which added such a thoughtful touch to the gift.

I also chose express post, and the card arrived right on time, which was a huge relief with the wedding coming up. The whole process was smooth and easy, and the finished card looked lovely.

Most importantly, it was very well received by the happy soon-to-be married couple! I would definitely use this service again and highly recommend it to anyone looking for a meaningful and convenient gift.

It was simple to use and I did multiple transactions. When I did need assistance customer service was excellent to communicate with and helpful with resolving an issue!! Myself and the gift recipients loved the card and the personal touch!!

Good for a gift, but allow time to recieve

I ordered a restaurant gift card for someone who had their birthday recently.
I put it under my name, as I found that was the easiest way to get it.
It took about two days to get a confirmation and the card itself, but after three days, I got the voucher and I was able to send it to the person who had their birthday.
Although it hasn't been used yet, all went well, but I'm yet to see how the voucher went being used

A tip for Visa gift cards

A tip for Visa gift cards. If you got an unspent few dollars, that you can’t finish, you can use them on Linkt as a card to finish them off. One issue though is sometimes you need to leave 1 cent on the card, but not always. It seems hit and miss on that.
