I received a Mastercard as a gift which expired after 12months, by law they should not expire for 3 years, I cant get anyone on the phone, you wait for 15minutes then it hangs up automatically, I emailed 4 weeks ago and still not response, its a large amount of money and Im not getting anywhere, crap service... actually no service because you cant get anyone to talk to you to resolve the issue!!!!

These cards are about as useful as a waterproof teabag. I received a "DELUXE" gift card for Christmas. I've jumped through all the required hoops, activated the card online, checked the balance and expiry, tried to use at a participating store by scanning and using the pin. Still no luck. Customer service is non existent, phone calls are conveniently limited to 15 mins whereupon your call is disconnected and you are forced to send an email. They do not respond to emails either so you are stuck with a non functioning card and no way to resolve the issue. Please avoid purchasing these cards and save wasting your money.

I used my card and redeemed a online voucher but had never received the email for still waiting has been more that a week.

This is genuinely terrible. Received a TCN movie gift card, and it has been declined both online and in person at Chatswood Hoyts. Currently also declined when trying to book online at Events. I have never written a negative review before. Congratulations TCN for prompting me to do this.

Given a gift card. After pain of downloaded their app, then activating, then setting up a card on google wallet, it didn't work - embarrassing me at the front of a line. Tried but couldn't contact support. Lined up again, tried again in case it need more time to activate but it failed again, so used my own money on google wallet. Thanked my friend but explained he has just wasted $300 and not to ever give me a gift card again.

Ita easy and simple to use

They say you can shop at over 4000 stores and sellers say you can swap them for any category of TCN by requesting it online. This is not the case. Unable to swap the cards and they only have a very small limited about of stores for each card type. False information by sellers and very false advertising. Stick to one of the other gift suppliers that allow swaps and are honest.

A gift from my employer, including activation receipt on 13th of Dec. I went to use the card at big w but it would not work just said error. Manager even tried to help but nothing. I had the activation receipt with me so i we knew it had definately been activated. I then tried to check balance on their website typing in the card number and pin, and it just says error. I then tried to ring them the following day but it was on 23rd Dec, 2 days before xmas and they were busy.. after 15 mins of being on hold it says to email them but no reply in time for xmas. I understand it is a busy time of the year.. just a little annoying I'll have to wait 2 weeks before they come back from holidays on 5th jan to get a reply I guess. Its just strange how it can be paid for and comfirmed as being activated and then simply not work or even recognised by their own website. I was the only person out of 6 people who had already used theirs without any problem.
I will update my review in the new year when theyre back from holidays.

Always disappointed when my kids get one of these cards. Complete waste of money, you spend so much time trying to active them and once you select the store you want to use it at you are locked in. You’re better off just getting a visa gift card as this is restricting.

the card purchased was not accepted at a place listed as being able to redeem it, had to fork over my own money

I love that you can preview. your animated digital e-card opening and make changes before sending. I also love how this is sent to the recipient almost immediately after you make the purchase. (Other companies haven't done that in the past)

I don't know what went wrong! I purchased the Visa card online it all went through ok and I received my confirmation email.
Next morning I received an email to say it had been cancelled but hadn't been charged. No explanation why but:
'If you have any questions, reply to this email or contact us at a donotreplyatcard.gift email address' (wouldn't allow the proper email address)
