I have worked with senior level management at The Delivery Group over the past 12 months, and they have always been prompt, communicative and supportive. I can wholeheartedly recommend them as a company of choice.

A first package was left outside. The courier didn’t bother to ring the doorbell. I was in my flat all the day.
Another slim package was folded and pushed through the letter box, damaging the slim picture book inside.
Awful service !

Only gave 1 star as could not get it to take NONE ! Whover delivered today to me made no attempt to come to my front door or use letter box, apparently went to next door neighbour. Driver then simply threw over my back garden wall and package only found by accident whilst using household bins. Although there is an access issue at moment to back garden this does not justify such poor treatment of people's parcels. Incredibly bad service from carrier - and the eBay seller who supplied has now lost a regular customer.

We have been using The Delivery Group for our business deliveries and have been consistently impressed with their service. Their support team is always helpful, responsive, and willing to go the extra mile when needed. Delivery times are spot on, giving us complete confidence that our shipments will arrive as promised. We couldn't recommend them highly enough and look forward to continuing our partnership.

Can't give 0 stars. Keep been sent transfer tattoos from this company haven't ordered them. Have looked online for info on why I'm been sent and it's a scam for 5* reviews.

Random children’s stickers delivered to me and neighbours in false name. “Brushing scam” suspected.

Awful. Claim they have delivered my package, a book, but the picture shows left it outside the stairwell and it's clearly been stolen. Even if it hadn't been stolen, leaving a book outside in cardboard packaging exposed to Scottish weather is just wrong.

Harassed by employee despite requests not to contact us

Why does this company keep sending me kids tattoos and stickers for no reason? I have no idea why they do this. It's very weird and I want them to stop.
They have them 'securely' delivered by Yodel....what's it about. Delivery person knocking on my door to deliver 4 tattoos measuring no more than an average phone, and won't post them through door. This has to be scam motivated??

I don't really understand why this company exists or what benefit anyone can get from dealing with them as their entire business model seems to involve inserting themselves in the supply chain between the seller and the carrier and, as a consequence, causing anything one orders to take significantly longer to arrive.
It's truly bizarre, they seem to exist purely to make the experience of online shopping even more frustrating and annoying than it already is and that, to me at least, does not sound like a good idea.

Would like to give zero stars but not allowed,totally useless,my package down as delivered,yes but delivered to a house 13 miles away,still waiting for my parcel after 3 weeks.

Truly terrible. I ordered a book of Amazon which has still not arrived three weeks later. The tracking information says the book has been returned to the seller as the parcel was undeliverable. This is rubbish as I live in a freely accessible area & get deliveries all the time. I will never buy from any company that uses the delivery group.

Absolutely a pile of shit as they have yodel with them
Nothing on their tracking site saying it was out for delivery so they turned up when I was out for 20 mins
Rebooked next day still nothing on tracking got hold of someone who could have been anywhere in the world probably with my parcel so waited in all day didn't go nowhere and nothing

Unsure what the parcel is but I was notified it was enroute to be delivered and I was away so requested to a inpost locker. It hasn’t updated in over two weeks. After contact inpost and going around in circles with their automated bot I finally spoken to a human and was advised they don’t know where it’s from, what the parcel look alike and it may have been placed in another pile and lost. They said continue to wait. The thing is I order many things and I’m still waiting for many so I don’t even know which company it is. Needless to say the delivery group is a 💩

The tracking never works and brings up a lot of text trash every time you try

Failed to deliver and failed to answer 4 emails chasing up my delivery. Absolutely hopeless and untrustworthy.

This Delivery Group do not update package deliveries.
They do not deliver even when a package is at the destination to be delivered.
It may say "out for delivery Friday" but it is now Saturday.
Replies to e-mails do not happen.
