My entire experience with this company has been a Wild Goose Chase. They were the sole tracking number provided to me by the supplier, but the moment they handed the parcel to another company, they lose all information regarding it.

I'm literally astounded. My parcel, has in effect, vanished into thin air, because of this company not following due diligence and getting the correct information when they pass the parcel onto another company.

Hannah Brosnan, and the young trainee girl who's been answering the phone, have done nothing to help, except phob me off for the entire weekend. Unacceptable.

Can’t give zero but my first experience deserves nothing more. Book lost never to be seen again I guess. Fair play to retailer who refunded as soon as I reported the issue.

Rendall & Rittner use the Delivery Group.
One might image that they do this in order to have mail deliberately delayed.
We received eight letters form August to December 2022 with the following results
8 letters issued, presumed all second class.
3 late [8 days or over] [37.5%], 1 [12.5%] missing. 50% failure rate.
Of the 4 letters not "late", none were delivered within the target time, which is apparently within three working days of collection. 95.6% of Second Class mail was so delivered [Google into Ofcom as "ofcom target time for second class postal deliveries"]

Appalling

Amazon order placed on 3 April. Booked to be picked up by tdg on 4th. Tracking shows leaving West Bromwich and getting to Luton on 9th, Bristol on 12th and finally passed to Royal Mail to do the delivery job properly in Swindon by 14th (hopefully). Don't go near them.

I regret placing an order with amazon now, when I seen that the delivery group was the company sending it, I thought, oh no, I won't be getting that item for a while, not the way it should be.. if you come across the same issue, just cancel the order, unless waiting a week or more doesn't bother you.

The delivery group have worked really hard to get low stars and for that I admire their efforts. But they are truly rubbish at delivering stuff so it's one to avoid... I've waited over a week for a parcel to be delivered and the tracking number doesn't even show where the parcel has reached.. I think it's a cowboy company to be honest.

Wouldn't even give them 1 star out of 100

Terrible company, avoid using them as a mail provider unless you enjoy late mail.

Ordered a black shirt for a funeral which was dispatched from the seller via Amazon on Wednesday 30th June. Funeral is tomorrow 6th July. Unable initially to track it at all. Finally tracked it to the Yodel depot at Dartford and due for delivery the same day as the funeral. How does it take nearly a week for a delivery company to deliver something? Will never use a seller that uses this company again! Like previous reviewers I will check with sellers on Amazon first who they use before I buy. Tracking numbers don't work, & it was only by chance that I tracked it to the Yodel depot. I have requested a refund from the seller & advised them to rethink their delivery service. Even by Royal Mail another item ordered & dispatched at the same time reached me 3 days later!

Sick of getting their rubbish and no way of stopping it. Enough from this dreadful company!

Received a call yesterday to confirm a delivery of patio furniture. Was told it would arrive this morning. Perfect. It got past 1pm so called to ask if it was still being delivered. Was advised it was now arriving between 4 and 6pm I told the gentlemen on the phone this is no good as I am leaving the house at 4:30 and I would not have agreed, and would have agreed another date to this had I been told.
He then accused me of being a liar and finished the call with "well it won't get delivered then"
Lovely customer service. Have immediately got in touch with the store to let them know their choice of delivery company leaves a lot to be desired.

Well it's taken 7 days for my order to travel from West Bromwich to Luton. According to TDG they only collected it today from Lighting and Mobile. From West Bromwich to Luton is 96.5 miles. I ordered from Amazon. Won't be using either company again on Amazon. Tracking is useless. I message Amazon today to cancel my order!!

I really don't know what is going on with this company, but it is obvious by the other reviews that my problem with them is not an isolated incident.
I ordered from a company through Amazon and they used T.D.G to send the parcel. This parcel only had to go 83 miles from Bromwich to Manchester (1 hour 30 in a car). Just tried to use the tracking number and there is absolutely no updates I am now at day 6 the estimated latest delivery time has passed, love and behold still no sign of my parcel (I've waited in for them the last two days as well).
I would never advise anyone to use this company. I say this going from my own experience of them and other people's reviews about them on here and I will be now checking any seller I deal with on Amazon U.K and will not purchase if they use this company for the delivery.

Ordered an item from Amazon Marketplace with a delivery window of 1st to 4th June. Now told it is running late with the window moved to 6th to 9th June. I know delays happen but my main complaint is being given a useless tracking number. When I enter the number on The Delivery Groups tracking page they ask me which courier it is with. How do I know? What's the point if the number doesn't tell them. Get your act together!!

Absolutely shocking service from The Delivery Group in the U.K. We use a 3PL Partner and use The Delivery Group as our International shipping service. Unfortunately, that was a terrible decision, as their international service is terrible and can take over 2 months for our parcels to arrive with our Customers. 2 months!? We are still waiting for a resolution to a number of delivery issues, however their team seem to dismiss our issues with a simple, please speak to your 3PL firm. Effectively washing their hands of the issues THEIR terrible service is causing our business. What's the point in that, we are going direct to you to resolve the issues faster, but you seem to completely pass the buck. Terrible, terrible service and I would avoid using them like the plague.

Ordered an item off Amazon and it took 2 weeks for The Delivery Group to deliver it. Ended up being delivered by the Royal Mail postman.

waiting for goods to turn up 2 weeks after was told would be here ??? ive gone through feedback with ebay to get my money back ???? dont use this sad company its totally unfit
