Placed an order and advised it would be delivered the next day. 4 days later I emailed asking for an update. 6 days later and still no response or contact I chased again - my order was then cancelled without any explanation.

I ordered 12 vape liquids and my order arrived and there was just 2 boxes of nicotine pouches. I didn’t receive my order and I got in contact to receive no reply. So 40 quid for something I didn’t receive.

It’s not the first time as I’ve ordered before and items have been missing.

My order was short and I am still awaiting a reply from you. To explain why it was short or send the rest of my order.

When ordered I was informed that the order would be delivered the next day. However it wasn't delivered until 5 days later, at no time between the order and delivery was I informed of the delay or reason for it, despite sending 3 requests on 3 separate days by email for an update. This is not the first time this has happened.

Original order placed August 27th.
Delivery still not received as of September 5th.
There is no phone number for customer service just an email- 3 times I requested information on delivery twice I received a standard email stating they would get back to me-no communication, no tracking provided. A very disappointing experience-after shopping in store for three years and sometimes online.

Ordered a few items before going away for a week. However only 1 x 10ml bottle of liquid and the free gift arrived. All the pods and the other 9 x 10ml never showed up. I've sent an email to support but yet to hear anything back from them. Shame there isn't a phone number for support.

Order arrived ordered 4 bottles only received one and the free gift was not what i requested. Emailed but had no reply very disappointing.

I only received 5 out of 12 of my order.l

Ive only recieved 12 of the 16 refills i ordered i emailed 2 days ago and still waiting im at a loss of £30 im not letting this go its alot of money just to forget about

I’ve been buying from this company for the last couple of years and the service is incredible. They answer emails. They sort out anything if anything goes wrong with the Delivery or a mistake. Ben made prices are far more cheaper than anywhere else online. I would highly recommend this company. It’s a shame that the tax is gonna be going up because I will not be buying then cause my bottles will be going up to £43 a bottle and it’s disgusting.

My order came very quickly with no fuss. Would order again but I think the flavour I like is getting discontinued but that’s not the company’s fault 😎

The package, a small box, arrived but it was completely opened. The post office but the empty box in a quarantine bag ass the whole order was lost in transit. You can clearly see that the box has no tape on it. Just a postage stamp. Contacted the online shop via the support email, a weeks past and still no response. Complete joke.
