Easy ordering process, good reasonable prices and great delivery service, was quick and on time without any hassle...

I ordered my liquid on 2nd July expected delivery 4th july. Emailed on emailed on 7th July to chase delivery when no rely. Not impressed with the service. And still no fluid and £ 20 out of pocket.

Easy to find what I wanted and easy to order.

Good product and price but little communication to confirm item has been shipped etc

Always have what I need in stock and available, and fast shipping and delivery

I like to use Evri in my area as my evri courier is super! Royalmail and parcel force not so good....maybe add evri as an option choice?👍😁

My order came and it was damaged Resulting in only 3 oils instead of 8 tried to contact you have not yet replied or resolved the problem

This is the third time I’ve had to email the company to either chase items due on 24 hr postage or items missing!

Very poor. Did not deliver whole order. E mailed them and refund was applied promptly.

Good price and delivery is awesome fast o ly down side one of the vape tasted burnt out but must been a dud one other than that amazing

It is easy to order and the prices are made clear. The feast treat juices are full of flavour and a good price.

There are two of your retail stores where I live. One charges for nic shots when you buy shortfills, the other doesn't.
Not only that, you get charged £1 per nic shot bottle at the bigger store. This adds up, particularly when purchasing mulitple shortfills.
Every single other vape shop in the town gives complementary nic shots with their shortfills.
I was told today by a member of your staff that nic shots are chargeable and that the other store should be charging for them.
So, which is it? Are they complementary, or are you trying to squeeze every single bit of profit from us while walking totally out-of-step with your competitors AND your customers?
I've supported your stores for a long time (over a decade), but will no longer do so if you insist on continuing to charge for Nic shots - especially when a customer makes a large purchase of shortfills, as I did today.
Please sort this out. And if you carry on charging for them, expect loyal customers like me to walk away

Very disappointed with this company. I bought some vapes from them and all was fine. They sent me a voucher for 10% off my next order. How nice, I thought. Next order time came and I used my voucher. I knew orders over £30 got free P&P so I made sure that my order was over £30. When it was time to pay, I used my voucher only to find that, because I had got 10% off, I had to pay P&P. I was utterly disgusted with this and complained to the company saying that I thought that this was unfair.
They did not reply. I am sorry to write such a bad review but I feel as though I had no choice as I wanted to make others aware of this

Ordered a vape pod kit on the 31st december, had no confirmation email and my order still hasn't arrived! Tried emailing twice with no response and there is no contact number! The money was took out my bank!

Best vape store for exclusive offers and they also sell exclusive quality vape juice (feast treats) that nowhere else stocks! Staff are always friendly and helpful in store and online service is quick and effective when I have no time to go out to the store
