Customer Service Executive, Andrei was very helpful and made the booking process for a clearance very straightforward!

we used the "junk" removal service to take away an old upright piano. This was efficiently arranged by First Mile representative Andrei and collection on the day was carried out in a timely & effective manner and we were very pleased with the service provided

Our office has been a customer of First Mile for many years now, and have always been impressed with their quick and reliable service. We're currently moving office locations, and what could easily be a stressful and chaotic time, has been a breeze. Andrei helped get everything booked in and has been available to assist throughout the process.

The 5 stars are particularly given to Manh as after some 4 weeks his customer service and resolving our problem was outstanding.

I have had an ongoing issue with a payment related matter on our business account with First Mile. It was a complicated matter to try and resolve, which has been ongoing for a number of months. Today, Adam was the first customer consultant that was able to successfully help resolve this matter. Adam was very patient and rang me back as promised with the solution. Thank you!

My review is based on the whole experience “received” by firstmile and not the last costumer care person that was polite and did a good job.
I did place an order on the 27th of January, got confirmation of payment made and after a week I did contact firstmile via email to ask about my order collection, an email was received saying that they had looked my enquire and nothing else happened after that. I traced this back and 3 days later I did phone up asking about my order collection and no reply to my complaint and enquire about my order, the costumer care lady made notes and said she would had to speak to her manager, did take my number and said she would phone back, she never did….today the 09th of Feb I did phone and as I was explaining my situation to the costumer care agent I got cut off and was left talking to myself! I did phone again and spoke to another costumer service agent Andrei, he listens and was polite and understanding and said he would place the order for tomorrow collection, he also logged my complaint and the bad costumer service “received” so far.
To my astonishment I had the Royal Mail today collecting my boxes, when clearly that did this set up on the day that I phoned complaint and never had the decency to let me know when they were meant to ring me back.
I am not happy and it’s important to put this here as feedback needs to be passed on, so others are aware that not always you get the service and also for FirstMile to be aware and train their staff and look at their system and respond to their costumers… I’m disappointed with the whole experience and lack of costumer service.
