I’ve been assisted by a Customer Success Executive called Andrei and he helped me a lot with a very difficult client until the client request been sorted out. Excellent customer service.

One of the most worst customer service in waste collection industry. Unfortunately, my experience with customer service was extremely disappointing. Responses were slow or non-existent, and when contact was made, the assistance provided did not address the issue. There was little sense of ownership or follow-through, which resulted in a lot of wasted time and repeated explanations. For a service-based company, the lack of effective customer support is concerning. I hope this is something that receives serious attention moving forward. Giving one star is so generous

We are in a built-up area in West London and have been using First Mile since they first started BUT for the last couple of months they have started doing loud and flashing-lights collections in the early hours of the morning. Now our neighbours are getting angry with our staff. So sad to see this as we never had any complaints from our neighbours in al the years we have operated. When you report a complaint, the First Mile Managers mean well and are very well-versed in customer service. complaint handling-etiquette and manners but they are admittedly powerless when it comes to ensuring the situation doesn't happen again. We have had managers and directors making the complaints every time but that is of no consolation to our neighbours. We suspect what has happened is that First Mile are much bigger now than whey they started and different directors and shareholder edicts and they cant cope with keeping to the same agreements they first made regards daytime collections and green promises.

First Mile compactor truck parked outside my house almost every night engine running, crew of 2 inside on screen watching videos and doing social… very rude when asked to switch off engine in a stationary vehicle (criminal offence) and usually at least can be seen urinating in the street against the truck (criminal offence) Not a great pair of company ambassadors !! PLEASE ASK THEM TO PARK SOMEWHERE ELSE AND STOP URINATING IN THE STREET NEXT TO BARONS COURT STATION

I would personally like to thank Natalie on m behalf of all the residents of the Spectacle Works E13 9LX for helping with the removal of a bin that was appropriated by an anti-social resident and causing a huge eyesore and health and safety issue. She offered a reassuring and extremely professional service and went the extra mile to resolve the situation speedily.
