Theft Stop Reviews

Jaro installed the Bear Lock for us, and was very informative, also giving us advice on other products and how to make them more secure. He did a very professional job. He also found a fault unrelated to his product that someone had GLUED up, and spent time fixing it properly, even though it wouldn't be seen. !st class man, 1st class company. Thank you.

Quick and reliable service. Thank you

Seamless ordering process and great communication. Not only is the product great (and gives you a warm fuzzy feeling knowing it’s installed) the workmanship, preparation, training and customer service were so so good. 100% would recommend getting in touch. They also fixed a few bits and tidied some wires away! Just goes to show the attention to detail and then wanting to do a good job. Many thanks team, will come to you for more security in the future. Cheers, Nev and sam

From the first contact i received a friendly, helpful and prompt service. 2 Years later i rang again having changed our camper and still received the same service and they remembered me and gave me a discount for a repeat customer.

I know those great, high quality devices as using (or used to use) them at other cars (all previous ones installed in Europe). I'd like to focus on service, then as in terms of cars I'm ... pedantic.
Everything done like in theirs promo - seats, steering wheel, floor, etc covered to keep it clean as it was. Once done - vacumed (just in case). Hands and uniform very clean, so there are no dirty stamps or so in my car. Damages - none. Extremely professional approach.
Thank you Andrej! Highly appreciate it! Fully recommend.

These guys are pros. Bless him, even came and did mine in the freezing cold. But now I have a lock I feel secure in knowing, when I leave my boy(van), he’ll be there when I come back.

Just had bearlock installed on my VW campervan by Andrej . What a nice guy and very professional in his approach to the job.Everything was done in caring and tidy way. I would have no hesitation in recommending this company and would use them again in the future. Mick Teale

Great service. Bear Lock works great. I recommend the service you can really trust them.

Experience was generally fantastic, really pleased with the instal and Andrej was very accommodating, professional and friendly.
The only reason it didn't get 5 stars is because of poor communication at the beginning of the ordering process. I wasn't informed when my part came in and had to chase to get an instal slot. A little more communication and it would have all been perfect. Really happy with the end product and quality of instal.

Super happy with the service. Guys are super nice and professional. Highly recommend them

One of the lads up from the midlands to the northeast to fit the Bearlock yesterday. Took around an hour.
I was shown how it works and give the keys.

Clean installation and works perfectly.

Having researched a number of security options, I decided that the Bear Lock was the best option for my campervan. From first contact, I found the communication with Theft Stop to be excellent and they were very accommodating with arranging an installation date with me.

The device was fitted by Andrej who was extremely courteous and professional and took great care with my vehicle. It has already become second nature to engage the lock everytime I park up somewhere, something I wouldn't do with other devices.

I would have no hesitation in recommending the Bear Lock and the services of Theft Stop.

Prompt professional service, good communication throughout. Very happy with the product and the service received.

I had the bearlock fitted some 18 months ago and it has been a great product, no issues.

A rattle started to happen and it looked like it was possibly something to do with the bearlock so I contacted them and arrange for Andrej to visit to have a look.

Andrej arrived on time and introduced himself, such a nice man, so polite.

He had a look at the bearlock but couldn't find anything wrong so off came the dash and he soon spotted the issue, nothing to do with the bearlock but he fixed it for me anyway which was really appreciated.

If you are in the market for a brilliant security product and want to work with a team who value customer service you will be happy with Theft Stop.

Ive had the bear lock installed on my camper yesterday for peace of mind. The product in itself is brilliant. Unobtrusive and easy to use.

The staff at Theft Stop were brilliant from first enquiry right through to installation. Communications were maintained throughout.

I had Andre come out to my location. Bear Lock was installed within the hour. Andre was more than happy to explain the workings and chat. Didn't feel rushed in any way.

Thanks to the TheftStop team. Will be recommending!

Great customer service and everything was explained what was going to happen also everything was covered up all was checked prior for damage and checked after Andrej the fitter was very polite and did a perfect job would highly recommend 👍

Not a straightforward ask from me as I wanted to have the job done on a particular afternoon during a one off trip to the Peak District. Not only was it no trouble for them to accommodate me, the liaison was superb from start to end and all came together like clockwork.
The kit is top drawer and gives me such reassurance that my vehicle will be safe and secure.

The company were very accommodating with fitting dates as I have a busy work schedule. Martin, who fitted the lock, was very professional and fitted it in just over an hour. Martin also gave some good advice re a steering lock I have which is a great help.

I couldn't recommend them enough and if you're worried or anxious about your vehicle security, then get a bear lock fitted.

Great to deal with the safe is a fantastic addition to our van. The whole process was easy and communication was great thank you
