Theft Stop Reviews

Great service from these guys very informative and knowledgeable. Had the meta tracker and transmission lock fitted in the day couldn't even tell that they had been very professional

Really great experience with Andrej from theft stop. Very kindly came out at very short notice before we went off on our trip. Explained how it all worked and took great care with installation. Bear lock seems very solid - very happy with choosing theft stop

What can I say seemless from start to finish, plus the install took no time. These guys know what they're doing. Also what a brilliant simple yet very effective product. If you want to protect oyur pride and joy this is for you.

When I placed my order I was told it would be a 6-8 week wait, 2 weeks later I had the fitting booked. The fitters came from Birmingham to Sussex and called because they were running late. They arrived at 7.45pm, fitted the lock in around an hour, in the rain. They then had a 3 hour drive back to Birmingham. They covered our seats, gave us a full demo and were very polite. The product is great and I feel my 60k camper is now that much more protected from theft.

Fast and professional service throughout. Came to Essex to fit our Bear Lock on our VW T6. Arrived on time and fitting took less than one hour. Martin and Andre were really friendly and professional. They fully explained how to use the lock before they left. Highly recommended service and product. Now we can feel much safer leaving our Campervan Bertha !!!!

After about 18 months of use, I started experiencing some difficulty with my Bear Lock. The service I have received is beyond anything I could ever have wished for. I emailed the guys late on Friday evening when the Bear Lock just would not engage. I had an email response from Rachel on Saturday then Jarod called me on Sunday afternoon. After some discussion, he said he would get somebody out to look at it for me. Andrej called me on Wednesday and came all the way to North Wales on Thursday morning! He was able to rectify the problem and now my Bear Lock is working smoothly again. Thank you so much, guys. I would 100% recommend anybody to use you for their vehicle security.

From the moment I ordered the items I have received excellent customer service, and today on the day of agreed installation the amount of detail that was explained to me was first class.Everything was explained on the operation of the products , and then I was asked if I had any questions. Brilliant

Excellent service from start to finish. Arrived on time, did the job in the time they said, then left leaving no mess what so ever.

Fantastic from start to finish great job

Perfect service. Fitted very quickly with no fuss. Work’s perfectly.

Very professional, pleasant and left my vehicle clean and tidy.
The whole process from ordering to installation was communicated well.

Jaro, Martin and Team were great. They are all very friendly and helpful. They are very passionate about what they do, and the product and service that they deliver.

My order and questions were dealt with in a prompt and professional manner.

They went the extra mile to accommodate my fitting of my lock out of hours to fit in with my ferry sailing to France.

They get my recommendation.

Great communication all the way through followed up with great workmanship. Really happy with our instal

Communication was excellent from the outset. I discussed my security needs and got some excellent advice. Utterly professional and never pushy, Jaro patiently answered my questions and also liaised with the dealership to arrange fitting of the security devices before I took possession of my new vehicle. The installation itself was carried out professionally and without issues by Martin who also followed it all up with a phone call to talk me through use of the new devices and answer any remaining question I may have had. Outstanding service - thank you!!!

Up and personal attention all the through

Great service respectful of vehicle, great system, highly recommend A++++

Used Theftstop for both a Bear Lock and Safe install, Adrej was brilliant polite and did a fantatic job of protecting seats, steering wheel and gearstick whilst carrying out the work, will be strongly recommending to others if asked what security I use

Just had a Bear Lock fitted. Excellent service
Great job carried out by Martin
I thought the various protective coverings etc and the care given to my vehicle were just for the cameras (I’d first seen this security device on You Tube)
But no the same high quality of care was also given to my van.
First class. 👍

Great service, they delivered what they promised. Easy communication, friendly staff and quality of product is great! Highly recommended to everyone who need more security.

Installed quickly and efficiently with no fuss
