Theft Stop Reviews

My whole experience of dealing with Jaro and Andrej from Theft Stop Ltd was brilliant. Definitely a 5* Plus experience from start to finish. I had the Bear Lock System fitted to my VW Transporter T6.1 which I am very happy with as it gives me high confidence in the security of my vehicle. I would highly recommend this product to any VW Transporter owner to add that extra protection of your investment. Big thanks to Andrej for travelling over from Birmingham to my home to fit the system. Very nice guy and very knowledgable with a lot of expertise on the system and its benefits. Overall a 10/10 customer experience. Thanks Again. Mike Jennings

Theftstop.....Lock and safe fitted to my fiat campervan at my location on time very friendly and clean.yes I will be recommending this company. Once again thank you 😊

This is the second Bear Lock that I have had fitted. I was so pleased with the service I received from Jaro and his team in fitting a lock on my VW Transporter. It was a no brainier that when I took delivery of my Fiat that I should have another fitted. When the job is completed everything is left as it was before. Thanks Martin

This is my second time using Theft Stop to install a bear lock in my vehicle. First time in a T6 and now a Fiat Ducato. Both times service and product have been excellent. Would 100% recommend.

Excellent service, they re-arranged their schedule in order to complete our installation at short notice before we went on aa extended trip to Europe

Great communication and managed to work a fitting date around our holiday. Really helpful. The fitting was quick and Martin was extremely careful and considerate ensuring all surfaces were protected before commencing the job. The Bearlock is a great bit of kit and I now have even more peace of mind for my vehicle. Highly recommended, thank you Theftstop!

The whole team are so good, this is my second bear lock.
Jaro, Andreij and the team are so efficient, friendly and extremely clean and tidy.
I would highly recommend this product.

From start to finish the process worked very well. Good communication and prompt service.

Very happy with the service and product (so far). Staff very friendly and helpful. Would definitely recommend.

This company bent over backwards for me , fitted lock in no time . No mess thorough with the training on how to use , even set my phone up with the satellite navigation to get home . Fully recommend
Them .

The Theft Shop team are great guys, who go the extra mile to assist customers with particular requirements. The products are good value for money, and the technicians know their stuff when it comes to fitting their products. I'm very pleased with the whole experience of ordering, payment and the fitting of the item I've bought. A very quick and tidy job. Thanks guys.

After recently purchasing a new camper van and seeing this product in action (bear-lock) on a pals camper, I thought it was a no-brainer - I wanted one myself anything to protect my purchase. If I had to sum this up in one word, it would be ‘Amazing!’ Found the process really easy from enquiry to fitting. Mine was fitted by Martin and he was brilliant, really helpful and very formative. Took only an hour to fit and the little time it took in my opinion, is worth it to put my mind at ease. Cheers theft stop team.

Very good turn up on time a good job

I decided on a Bear Lock and the experience was 5* from my initial enquiry right through to fitting. My email was responded to quickly with very clear information on the whole process. The deposit was easy to pay and the product arrived within a couple of weeks. Martin rang to arrange the fitting date and he couldn’t have been more helpful! I travelled to him for fitting which was completed within an hour.
I would highly recommend Theft Stop.

Nice and very friendly

First class service from start too finish. We traveled too our fitter Martin to have our Bear lock fitted as it best suited my needs and I couldn't be happier with the locking system and the professional manner in which it was fitted . Very clean everything was protected with seat covers and even steering wheel was wrapped to protect although to be honest it's not a messy or dirty prosses to fit but every care was taken to protect our campers interior. If only all vehicle trades were as good.
Very clear instructions given and all my questions answered
Big thank to you Martin .

Great communication when I placed the order and deposit.

Goods arrived early-and we agreed a fitting date on the phone (I elected to take my vehicle to the fitters location).
Paid the balance the day before fitting, and set off to Coventry!

Martin was the fitter, and he was professional in approach and actions.
Talked me through the scope and we left him in peace to do the work.

An hour later it was all completed, everything perfect and well executed.
No evidence of any work having been carried out actually-except I now had a new button to press under the gear-lever!
Martin walked me through the operations required by the system.

Simple and effective

Couldn’t be happier with the work and product and a great security addition to our VW California

Great service. Piece of mind.

After reading all the glowing reviews of this company I hoped it would be a great experience but everyone I dealt with all went above and beyond!

Initially Rachael was very helpful answering my many questions over a few weeks on both the bear lock but also the meta trak system they can now install. She also looked into the different locations I could have it installed to keep the cost down.

A few days later when the parts were available, I was contacted directly by one of the installers Martin who went out of his way to arrange install from my parents near Birmingham on a Friday so I didn't need to pay the extra travel cost but only needed to take a day off work (they don't both usually work Friday but rearranged things for me which was very appreciated). They were even able to do this within just a few weeks of paying my deposit which was ideal to get the van secured and get rid of the vanxiety!

On the day of the install Martin and Andrej arrived promptly and talked me through the whole process (even answering all my unrelated questions on advice for removing trim correctly when we come to do our camper conversion). The previous owner of the van had damaged the trim when previously removing it to add some speakers and not only did they point this out but managed to fix it so the interior is now probably as good, if not better than it came out the factory!

It was very refreshing to see the attention to detail on whole install, with them installing it all as if it was on their own van, not just "doing it to a standard" like a lot of people seem happy to do...

Once installed I was showed how it all worked. There was a cruise control error code that they spotted after the install but this was just due to the starter battery dropping with the various starts and stops to demo the system but they both asked me to get in touch if this didn't resolve after a drive to charge up the battery and have checked in a few times post install to check everything is running okay, which has been very reassuring.

Overall if you are looking to improve your van security, I couldn't recommend the Theft Stop team enough.
