I had a unclear situation with the shipping and tracking of my order, but with accurate and very professional support, TheHifiCat informed very detailed about the status oversees and helped me with the complicated local transport service, and at the end every thing worked well and in time from China to Austria - you can trust TheHifiCat and their Support !

I had a very positive experience ordering from HifiCat. The ordering process was simple and straightforward, which made everything easy from the start. I also had some contact with one of their employees, and the communication was very pleasant and helpful.
The delivery was fast and arrived as expected, well packaged and in perfect condition.

I’m extremely disappointed with my experience dealing with HiFi Cat customer support regarding faulty earphones.

The purchasing process was smooth and payment was taken immediately, but when the product developed faults, the after-sales support became frustrating and exhausting. What should have been a straightforward warranty or refund process dragged on for months with repeated delays, excuses, and poor communication.

I spent a long time waiting for updates, chasing responses, and trying to resolve the issue properly. Unfortunately, the level of customer care I received did not reflect the premium reputation or pricing associated with the brand.

In the end, I had to escalate the matter through my bank, Monzo, and thankfully the refund was processed quickly once evidence was submitted. That resolution came from my bank support rather than confidence in HiFi Cat’s handling of the situation.

As someone who genuinely appreciates high-quality audio equipment, this was very disappointing. I expected far better support and professionalism when dealing with malfunctioning equipment.

My advice to potential buyers:

* Keep copies of all emails and receipts
* Document faults clearly
* Be prepared for delays if support issues arise
* Consider paying through a bank or card provider with strong consumer protection

A premium audio company should provide premium customer service — not just premium pricing.

Communication good, product good, everything fine

Everything that can go wrong did go wrong.

Ordered a bunch of CCMX IEM cables in March, paid $30 extra for faster shipping which they had claimed takes 3-5 working days to arrive. 2 weeks pass away and they still haven't processed i.e shipped my order. My support ticket/chat asking about this is also gone can cannot be accessed by the email link they provided. 2-3 days after that I do get an update that my order has been shipped, but over normal shipping method, not expedited. So I had to wait another 10-15 working days to get it. I waited and after over 3 weeks, I got my order. I unpacked it, turns out they sent me wrong cables. I contacted support again that they sent me wrong item, after deliberately using normal shipping vs expedited and shipping so late, they replied with like "the cables have a mic, no?" and sent me picture of the cables that they took before sending me.

Now imagine the support staff instead of listening to you, tries to call you a liar by sending pictures directly, proving that they did ship some cables with the mic. The connectors of the cables they sent me were different so they were of no use. To now get my order, I now have to ship them the cables back, which will again take time and money to do OR help them sell the cables in my region/country.

I decided to help them so I can get my cables ASAP and contacted a couple companies that do sell IEM products, they didn't want them so I had no choice to repackage the cables and send them back. Unluckily I got into a small accident and couldn't go out to ship it over some days but I did it in the end and 2 days after that they ship my cables. They had agreed they'd refund me the expedited shipping + this shipping cost or adjust it to the order. They cheap out and sent me 2 extra cables worth $22 instead of the money I paid.

Wish I could give 0 stars but here's one for you, since at the very least I got my items, even if it took them ~2 months to arrive. The mistakes were all on their end but it was me whose time and energy got wasted and I didn't even get what was worth the money I spent, well or the refund they promised.

HiFi Cat specializes in niche audiophile hardware and accessories and I got all four sizes (SS, S, M & L) of SpinFit Neo eartips which I was searching online but I couldn't find anywhere at one place except HiFi Cat. The eartips are new and in mint condition. I am grateful for their service to the audiophile community and I will remain their loyal customer.

I order 2 items the IEM Aful 8s and DAC Moon Dawn pro. The delivery quite fast. I live in Amsterdam and I recieve my package with in 10 days. The quality of products match with my expectation.

The Hifi cat is a wonderful company. I've bought several things off them with no problems. Good pricing, fast shipping, and good communication. Plus they have an expansive inventory.
