First time using holiday tribe and what an absolute breeze it was.
Spent over a week looking for a holiday for me and my family and I had given up, was recommended Holiday Tribe, I messaged and spoke to Vanessa and I had a holiday booked by the end of the day. All documents sent over within the hour.

Our Sri Lanka holiday was absolutely incredible, and we can’t thank The Holiday Tribe enough for putting everything together. Every hotel was lovely, the transfers were punctual, and the itinerary gave us the perfect balance of sightseeing and relaxation. Booked our holiday through this company and the whole process was straightforward from start to finish. They kept us updated, answered all our questions quickly, and everything went as planned. Would definitely use them again and recommend them to anyone looking for a hassle-free holiday.

I initially wrote this review feeling disappointed which is unfortunate as this is reflected in my opinion.

I must say that prior to booking my trip to Japan the Holiday Tribe and Vanessa in particular were very good and that I was very happy with the price, and the assistance in planning the trip.

Unfortunately a couple of weeks prior to the trip I enquired about tickets for the the trains and was told they were in the post. I continued to chase this up till the day before departure and was then told I would be refunded for the tickets within 15 working days.

The holiday went smoothly as regards flights snd hotels. Train tickets had to be purchased again by myself whilst I was away and on my return i chased up the refund. Vanessa checked us on to flights which was good.

Holiday tribe put the issue of tickets and the subsequent refund on another company. I found this disappointing as I was out of pocket for several weeks.

They did eventually complete the refund. If it wasn't for the issue around the tickets I would rate Holiday Tribe much higher as they found me a great holiday at a great price

I had an excellent experience with this travel agency. The team was highly professional, responsive, and attentive to every detail of my trip. They provided great recommendations, handled all arrangements smoothly, and ensured everything was stress-free from start to finish.

This was my first time using this company, from the moment I made an enquiry both Omar and Vanessa were nothing but helpful and communication was quick and so helpful
I booked last year for a 12 day Japan trip in March to visit 4 cities- obviously a war then started which created chaos for holidays and flights
There were a few changes to our flights due to transit through Abu Dhabi prior to the date of leaving but this company were nothing but helpful in sourcing new flights and designing a new intinery to suit our plans around tight dates - they remained in contact throughout the trip if there were any hiccups
Honestly took all the stress out of it and w head the best time

I’ve felt looked after from my initial enquiry with yourselves throughout the whole process. Vanessa was fantastic with our indecisive approach and provided multiple options to look at everything for the best value and convenience of flights and I feel confident she has found the best deal. There was no pushy approach I was left time to go and speak with my partner regarding the suggestions and she has been happy to answer any questions and concerns in a professional manner regarding the current flight situation in the Middle East. She stayed late to complete my booking to make sure we could secure the price agreed. I feel at ease knowing the team is available 24/7 to assist if there are any problems while we are away.

I have a booking for Japan in October, Vanessa has been so helpful with everything so far, talking me through proccesses etc, and checking all hotels are are what we need, in suitable areas, still a while to wait for the holiday yet, but with guidance from Vanessa I am sure everything will be fabulous for our 1st trip to Japan
