Found it very easy to book and the fact your company has stayed in touch all the way through is great. Looking forward to our hol next year.

Had to speak to them for few days to get the dates and prices right. Had a specific time to go so wasn't a quick booking. Really appricate how patient they were with all my questions. They were able to change parts of booking to suit are needs, gave advise on excursions and when I asked about other hotels they gave me a few options. So felt I wasn't booking the first thing and that it was more tailored to our needs. Very professional.

For someone who has never left the UK, Vanessa has made it a walk in the park! She's accommodated everything for me , changed hotel details multiple times and was so honest through the full process, telling me which one would be cheaper and which one would be better value to add breakfast, she even advised which extras would be cheaper and which ones are harder for access from our hotel. I cannot commend my experience with her enough! Thank you!
