I am so disappointed and disgusted!!!!!!!

I am so disappointed and disgusted by this company, I have recieved a faulty pushchair the straps are faulty and don't clip in for my daughter.
I have been chasing this company for a month nearly and still no replacement straps it's disgusting. I don't pay £200 for a pushchair to not be able to use it. Children's safety is and will always be number 1 priority, and it's a damn shame this company don't have this mind set. You sell an item safety should be priority it's that simple! Even when they said they would finally send out a replacement they didn't even send 1st class 3-5 days!?? Sorry what?! And still haven't got it and still no pushchair asked for a refund and yet wouldn't give me one!!! My baby is 7 months old i am sooookkko Angry!!!

Faulty stroller, arduous customer service process - avoid!

The strollers are a great quality, but count yourself lucky if you receive one in perfect condition.

After lots of recommendations from other mother friends I purchased a stroller for our upcoming holiday. It arrived with a completely broken zip on the hood, stitching damaged to the hood and also came in a tattered box that stated the stroller was Colour: White Leather, I ordered Black and the stroller received was Black - I can only assume they tried to sell me a faulty stroller that had already been sent back before.

Communication with customer service was initially great, and speedy and they agreed to send me a replacement in time as long as I sent the parcel that day to the post office, so I rushed to the post office that day. 7 days later, I still have no stroller.

This is when the service was challenging and slowed. They didn’t check if they had received the faulty stroller from myself, I had a notification from the courier it had been delivered to them 24 hours before. I had to tell them they had received it. The stroller then had to be investigated even though I sent picture evidence in my initial communications and they then had the audacity to request an additional deposit £50 from me to expedite the ‘investigation process’ and send a replacement stroller out asap. I was told a new stroller was sent out for next day delivery on the morning of the 9th September, the tracking number states that DPD have not yet received their product from Le Joux, today it’s the 11th.

Needless to say I will not be purchasing a product again - so disappointing. You sent me a faulty stroller and so it’s your responsibility to send me a replacement as soon as possible, it’s quite simple.

No customer service !!

I ordered this pram was incredibly
Excited to receive it for my baby boy and when it arrived the Bottle holder and bag were missing and the hood is all bent to what appears faulty. I have emailed the team asking for items to be sent and a new hood but not even an acknowledgment of my
Email !! I have since chased and again nothing !! I would advise not to order this product as if an issue it appears you are ignored !!!

2nd time I bought pushchair from them

2nd time I bought pushchair from them, as my first one got stolen on holiday (I know tell me about it!!) I love the quality, absolutely amazing! Delivery like the last time (last year) was quick, great experience! number one stroller I would definitely recommend!

Dangerous stroller awful customer service

Update- Jan 2025
Was finally sent a box to return stroller but had to take to multiple places until we could find a drop off place that would accept a package that large. Which was an absolute faf as we live in the middle of nowhere and this company didn’t seem to care even remotely.
Stroller was returned quickly but wasn’t fixed fully. Only a few months later and screws have been falling out and we have no clue where from. The wheel is still wobbly, the stroller doesn’t pop up when unfolded and the whole thing feels like it’s falling apart. Asked for a refund but was told it was out of warranty (by 3 weeks at most). This company could not care less about the safety of this stroller or my child. They offered for me to send it back and fix it again but seeing as it was such a faf last time and they didn’t even do a proper job it doesn’t seem worth it. And I’m sorry but I shouldn’t have to send it back twice in the space of 12 months.
Please avoid buying from this company it isn’t worth the stress and the risk to you children.

I’d avoid and look elsewhere! We purchased one of there newer strollers and less than 6 months in the wheel started wobbling and the Velcro started unsticking. More dangerously the break is also playing up and gets stuck and jams. When I enquired about getting this fixed I was told that I’d need to purchase a box and pay the postage to return it and then they’d fix it and send it back. To buy a box that would fit this stroller would cost be over £25 along with the postage costs. Also once I send my stroller off what exactly should I use to take my 1 year old out. I cannot be without a stroller for weeks. This all seems incredibly ridiculous especially as they said these issues with the stroller had been occurring with other strollers as well. Yet they’ve not done anything about it. Customer service seems to be blaming the customers for faults and even tried to hint this was my fault due to excessive use. This stroller feels incredibly dangerous to keep using especially if you live in a very hilly place but unfortunately I don’t have another option. Please save your money for something safer.

Sent pushchair back as the clip snapped for it to be sent back all un sewn so couldn’t use it until a family member sorted it out

Great stroller and was delivered next…

Great stroller and was delivered next day! Very easy to fold /unfold. Like a zip feature on the hood which allows to extend it and tuck excess away when not needed. It's versatile with 3 positions which are upright, reclined and flat. Awesome basket allowance with zips whichkeeps items in place unlike some other prams. Love the pram bag which is petite but has got enough room for essentials. There are some minor issues with it, which are the wheels get stuck on even a small bump, but you learn how to tilt it slightly when need to and it's not a big problem after all. The stickers on the sides of the hood started coming of after a bit of use and it sticks out slightly, wish there'd be rather some
kind of clips instead. Also, wish the rain cover was a better quality as the
one which comes with the pram nearly teared apart with a gust of wind. And I don't understand the purpose of a cup holder, it's very flimsy. Overall, it's a very decent pram for it's price and there are only a
minor issues which aren't a great
deal. Only used it for 3 weeks though,
so hopefully will serve much longer.
So far I would recommend it.

Just awful

Just awful.
Ordered the stroller to open the box and see it had clearly already been used or sent to somebody else. The packaging was awful and the pram was damaged.
Sent a replacement today which believe it or not, IS DAMAGED AGAIN. I am expected to take the huge box to a Returns point. How the expect me to do this when it won’t fit in my car.
I’ve been without a pram now for over a week for my 5 month old baby. As per my legal rights I am entitled to a refund!!!
Awful cheaply made prams. Don’t waste your time or money.

Perfect for what I wanted which was a…

Perfect for what I wanted which was a push chair in which she could sit up better and a hood that was quite big as she doesn’t like the sun in her eyes but there are more negatives the flap where you can look in doesn’t fasten down so is always flapping around, rain cover is pointless you get a drinks holder but it doesn’t fit on if you use the bag as it goes where that goes and the straps are way too big even for a 10 month old

Fast delivery

Fast delivery, the stroller is well packed. Personally, I have doubts about the quality of the wheels and the stroller itself in general. I know that the product is under warranty, but I decided to return it anyway. Regarding the return procedure itself, it's just awful, I've never encountered anything like this before... Instead of doing everything yourself in your personal account, you need to write an email so that they can send you instructions. Return at your own expense, plus you need to print and fill out the return form. But what if I don't have a printer? The return procedure is just hell.

Beautiful product but

Beautiful product. However - The cup holder doesn’t fit on when you have the bag on and the handle doesn’t adjust up or down and sits high for me at 5ft 2 ins
Otherwise lovely to push, easy to fold down and or lovely to find one that can face both ways
