Terrible communication
Terrible communication, I wouldn't recommend. I bought a stroller and immediately after ordering sent an email to make some changes, I contacted the live chat team and also called the provided number many times. They only replied to my email after the order was shipped to avoid making the changes I requested. No one answers the phone number, the live chat agent told me to wait for the email team despite me emphasising that I want to make changes before the order was shipped. Eventually they got back to me after shipping saying they can't do anything about it now.

Customer ordered from our website and wanted to swap with a different colour which was seen available on Amazon—- and not on our website. Stroller was already dispatched when we received feedback.
Late delivery
I could only give 3 stars as I was let down on the delivery.I had hoped to use the stroller at the weekend when my granddaughter came to stay but it didn't arrive until Monday instead of Friday.
So I haven't had a chance to test it but all looks ok so far . It is waiting to be used for her next visit .

Light and easy to fold and put up
I bought this stroller to use when I have my Granddaughter. Im so pleased with it. I can’t believe how easy it is to put up and fold and it’s so light and easy to manoeuvre. I can’t recommend it enough

Very impressed with the stroller. Was disappointed it took almost a week to receive due to an error at the warehouse and many messages to sort this out but once sorted received the next day

Didnt have colour to match stroller
Didnt have colour to match stroller. My grandson is 10 months old so we will probably get this winter out of it and it will be too small.
It is easy to fit and warm, but overall disappointed.

Refund received
I previously put a poor review in regard to an order not arriving. Following this I received an email to say the item wasn't in stock. I must admit I was a little disappointed that I felt that I had heard from them due to my review but they were great. They couldn't offer me the colour I wanted but quickly refunded all my money and gave me a free pram muff as an apology.

Shocking customer service
I ordered a stroller after much research excited to receive it for it to be faulty the back wheel and bar where bent to the point I was unable to use. Contacted company to be provided with a list of drop off points but iv been told they only take 10kg the stroller is 13kg so contacted the company to be asked to go to another place being met with the same response I asked if they could not get dpd to collect from my house with the new stroller to be delivered too but they want me to pay extra money for the new stroller to be delivered and expect me to now walk with my baby and a boxed stroller to see if there is another place as my car is broken that will take it and ignoring me with the question of when I will receive my stroller the stroller itself aesthetically looks we’ll dispute the faulty parts but customer service is shocking and I wouldn’t buy from them again

So happy with my stroller from le joux. A really well made sturdy yet compact stroller, perfect for travelling. My girls look so comfy in it too!

Order has not been delivered to my address but has been delivered to someone else. Company are refusing to help whatsoever with this and refusing to allow you to complain also. DO NOT waste your hard earned money with this company shop elsewhere where you’ll be treated better as a customer!!
Disgusting customer service would not recommend at all!
Update to reply/ you have only responded and asked for my door since I’ve left this review! Which is laughable it doesn’t match with google maps at all. I will gladly send proof of my front door to you.

Super practical - used for Umrah
I was offered a 10% discount. The stroller was delivered the next day. I bought the stroller to use for Umrah. It has been excellent! Very practical, so light, easy to open/fold and decent basket space too. I would recommend this stroller to anyone travelling.
