Milk quality is not good enough
Milk quality is not good enough. Major drawback is that there is a delivery fee of around £2 to £3 each week. I appreciate the other products and timely delivery and a very good customer service.
I would come again if I would like to in future.

There it is. On the doorstep. Regular as clockwork ready for coffee and cereal in the morning. Unless I need to pause it which is so easy on the app. I love that I’m not contributing to plastic waste too.

Happy childhood memories
The lovely feeling of old fashioned security and happy childhood memories of finding fresh milk on the doorstep come hail, rain or shine can’t be overstated.

Tasty fresh milk (oat as well as cow) delivered to my doorstep before I get up at 6 am! Exceptionally convenient and good value for money. My favourite thing about using The Modern Milkman is the reduction in waste I create during the week. I also love the ground coffee they bring to the door. It’s a real treat.

Very reliable deliveries and easy to use app to change your order or cancel for holidays etc. I am very happy to have massively reduced the amount of plastic in our recycling bin and to support local farmers......and we haven't had a broken bottle yet!

An outstanding service
The Modern Milkman is fantastic. I started my order because I like the sustainability - my milk bottles are collected and used again.
In addition, the selection of products on offer is fantastic and the prices are really reasonable.
I have always felt that they treat their customers fairly - they are totally transparent in their pricing and support immediately if there is an issue.
The app is fantastic and lets me control what I order, how often and allows me to pause if i need to.
