Amazing company with quick delivery

Easy website to navigate. I have been using this company for a long time now for my dog's food. Never had a problem, and delivery is fast as well.

My very first order and the best before stickers were removed from 2 items. They’re hard to remove and very sticky - they don’t just fall off! Clearly removed as past expiry. Needless to say, I won’t be buying again.

Have had a subscription with this company since last March.
However there have recently been issues with DPD who delivers .They have not left parcel on front porch as instructed .On contacting the Natural Pet Store ,they have said they’ve arranged a new delivery sent on Monday to arrive today.I have had no notification from DPD.No official notification from Natural Petstore.I have e mailed them.No response .No working phone contact.This is special dog food as my dog has pancreatitis .I have had to place an order with Amazon ,but after this experience I will have to cancel my subscription/order with The Natural Petstore but I will need a refund first for failed delivery.

Highly recommend the Natural Pet Store! I find they are the best value for the dog food brand we love. Customer service are so accommodating for amending orders & very responsive. No issues at all!

Always arrives on time and well packaged. My dog loves these. It's great to know they are healthy and good for my dog.

I have previously given a glowing review however things now seem to be unraveling.
My next order was delayed for days and no one contacted me to explain. Turned up a few days later.
I sent another order on Thursday and on Friday DPD said they were waiting for the parcel. It’s now Monday evening and nothing. No communication from them and DPD apparently still waiting for the parcel. Tomorrow I will have no dog food. Poor service and no customer service.

Excellent price and quick delivery

Sent a bag of very expensive food, with a split in it. Which when I opened outside, went all over the floor. Did offer for me to send it back, but I had run out and my dogs needed it, so I kept the remaining. Not one offer of a discount or of a small bag (I order the biggest) in compensation. I have now cancelled my subscription.

They had my dogs food at the best price so I gave them ago, it arrived quickly and well packaged so I now have a subscription.
I get an email when it's due so I'm expecting the payment to go out and every time it arrives quick and well packaged.

Lovely idea, disgusting customer service. I've been buying from The Natural Pet Store for roughly 6months with no issues but my last delivery, I'd ordered 2 x boxes of wet dog food trays. All 3 of my dogs had upset stomachs with the first box then I opened the 2nd box & they were covered in maggots & mould. I requested a refund & have been entirely ignored. Also, no telephone number for me to be able to call them to ask about a refund. Disgusted with this. Will not be purchasing here again.

Ordering is easy and the delivery is quick. For every order you get points which go towards a money off voucher. The prices are very competitive. If you have a question then they answer promptly. A great company.

Easy to order great service rapid delivery

Incredibly quick delivery and not one dented tin of food. I mention that specifically because so often (with some deliveries) several tins are dented!!

Great value on the multi-buy option, easy to purchase and subscription is really convenient.
