Poor customer service and misleading information.
I did not intend to sign up for a subscription, but somehow I ended up on one. The product did not work for my dog and caused stomach issues.
I then tried to return the second product, but customer service was unhelpful and would not assist me over the phone.
Recommendation: I do not recommend buying from this company.

Given the company never responded to my email, I will post it here:
Cancel my subscription immediately. Your products made my dog throw up multiple times on different days so I am certain they were the source of his upset tummy.
I want to return and be refunded for this order and do not want to receive any more of your products. How can I return or refuse delivery so these products come back to you and I am not charged for this product that made my dog sick.
Kindly confirm receipt of this email and send a refund/instructions to return this shipment.

My dogs have been on this for the past 3 months and I can see a difference it makes to their teeth. I have it on subscription but honestly its well worth the money and I would recommend people to try it as this could stop you from having big vets bills for having to have their teeth cleaned or even extracted due to tartar build up. I wish they made it in a bigger size.

Very very bad experience, I bought probiotic chews for my dog but it didn’t work. The seller then decided to put me on a subscription and send me more of which I didn’t need. I tried to contact them to refund and get my money back without success. I escalated the matter with PayPal because I had made the initial payment with them but petlab said the payment had been authorised. Under the consumer law I have a right to return items send to me and get my money back. I still have the unopened item send on the 18th February from petlab co. IN MY OPINION YOU ARE FAKE COMPANY IF I CANNOT RETURN ITEMS YOU SEND AND GET MY MONEY BACK. YOU TOOK £41.52 FROM MY PAYPAL ACCOUNT ON 18TH OF FEBRUARY. YOUR PROBIOTIC CHEWS DID NOT HELP/WORK FOR

Just that you know I gave petlabco a bad review as I have nothing to loose because my review is genuine. I still have their parcel but could not return as I tried to contact them a few times without success. I will contact trading standards because as a consumer I have a right under the consumers right law to return an item and get money back. They now responded because of the review I gave. I tried to contact them several times but couldn’t get through, it’s funny the way they responded quickly after my review.
You don’t have to threaten by me by this message “If we don’t hear from you, the company may not be able to recognize your review as genuine.”
I HAVE TRIED TO EMAIL PETLAB CO AGAIN WITHOUT SUCCESS AND I DO NOT KNOW WHAT ELSE TO DO. This After they responded to my bad review on 3rd April 2026

It is a reasonably priced company that caters for pets. The more you purchase the lower the cost for each item. I have 3 dogs so I tend to buy in 3s. You can't put a price on quality.

For starters, I never intended to take a subscription, so was surprised when I got emails saying the next jar is on its way. I do not know how that happened, but suspect there was some box that needed ticking.
When replying to the emails asking that the subscription is stopped (as I only wanted to test the Probiotic Chew with a one off purchase), no one came back to me and now I get another email telling me the next one is on it's way.
Also the "symptoms for yeast" that were given in the ad for the product has not gone away and my dogs stool has not changed but is often light and sloppy. I am not saying that the product is not doing anything, but if it is it is not clearly noticeable.

Absolutely blown away by the customer service. I don’t do reviews but this company deserved one. Initially I purchased the probiotic chews for my dog. They had still not arrived five days after my order.
I was quite disappointed, so reached out to their CUSTOMER SERVICES and cannot praise them enough.
Their response was extremely fast and they offered to resend out the order by expedited delivery. I received up-to-date tracking information right up to delivery, today ( max of 2 days since complaint). I just wanted to say thank you very much to pet lab co for excellent CUSTOMER SERVICE.
On top of the above my dog loves the probiotic chews, it’s too early to say whether they help him but I will be back with review on the product later

Initially When I ordered from petlab everything went well. The chews arrived in good time.
The problems started when I received more chews without ordering and the money was taken from the bank. I thought this maybe a one off. No such luck it happened again a month later.
On trying to stop the orders I went around in circles, the portal did not work. I could not sign into my account, instead of the uk site I ended up on the American site.
Tried again and all came up in French. No problem as I am Fluent in French, it still did not work.
In the end I asked for help through the geeky A1 bot. Hopefully the subscribe and save has been cancelled, who knows.
I could not reccomend Petlab not because of poor product but because of p p.s.

If your parcel is lost or stolen during delivery, do not expect any help or resolution. Given they use Amazon fulfillment don't expect to receive your delivery either!
Despite my order clearly not being delivered to my business address, and providing evidence showing it was left outside at a completely different location around 0.1 miles away, the company refused to replace the order.
THEY SAID its in their T&Cs to not replace or refund!!!!
The delivery was made while the business was closed for the weekend, yet the package was still left unattended elsewhere. Rather than taking responsibility or attempting to resolve the issue, customer service simply cancelled my subscription instead of replacing the missing item.
This is extremely poor customer service. Most reputable businesses would value ongoing customers and resolve a delivery problem quickly. Instead, they chose to lose a paying subscriber rather than correct a clear delivery failure. Very disappointing and not a company I would trust to order from again.

Great product works well for dogs with high yeast problem.
