Prairie IT Service nicht zu empfehlen! Bei Lieferung ( hat sehr lange…

Bei Lieferung ( hat sehr lange gedauert! ) sollte ich beim Postboten zusätzlich über 20€ Gebühr bezahlen, obwohl ich schon 104,70 $ USD bezahlt hatte. Ich habe die Annahme beim Postboten deshalb verweigert. Päckchen ging am 9.1.23 zurück. Mein Geld habe ich nach vielen Nachfragen wo mein Geld bleibt erst teilweise am 8. 2.23 erhalten. Statt der bezahlten 104,70$ USD wurden mir nur 95,19 $ USD zurück überwiesen!!! Bei Prairie IT Vorsicht bei Bestellungen!!!!

It’s useless don’t buy it

It’s useless. No better than a basic memory stick. Photos and files taken from an iPad are just dumped there. they aren’t organised in any way. Music files are mixed in with photos and duplicates are not removed. It takes ages to browse through them.

I tried it on my laptop as well. initially there was a screen that had some options such as remove duplicates. A screen you don’t get on the iPad. Half way through the back up it failed. I took it out and when I put it back in it wouldn’t work. Just keep getting a message to re format it.

So, I have copies of my photos from my iPad on it, but not my laptop. They are not organised in any way. And there’s no apparent way to get them out of the photo stick, for example if you wanted to print or transfer one photo to another device.

It takes ages to arrive from the USA as well.

All in all. A very expensive and very basic memory stick that simply doesn’t do what is advertised. Don’t waste your money.

Previously purchased a 128 photostick…

Previously purchased a 128 photostick said it was full and appeared about 70% OF MY PHOTOS HAD BEEN DOWNLOADED , so bit the bullet and purchased a 256 stick ,started to download the the stick failed , went blank .have today tried to find photo's on the 256 meg stick would say only 10% of the images are there , and many many multiple images , have not contacted photostick as no phone number , and when I went to the chat line the 256 image was greyed out so could go no further . would have given them both zero stars if i could an expensive useless experience

I couldn’t get on with my Photostick…

I couldn’t get on with my Photostick and decided to return it, unfortunately the Post Office was experiencing a cyber attack so had stopped shipping to the US, (I’m in the UK) I relayed this to Photostick who forwarded my predicament to Rachel in Customer Relations. She quickly got back to me and said that my order would be refunded, which it was, within hours.
If only all companies were this good when dealing with their customers.

Reingelockt und abgezockt

Habe den Stick auf der deutschen Website (mit Weiterleitung auf die Originalwebsite) für $ 188,00 USD (inkl. Shipping und Taxes) bestellt. In Deutschland kam noch eine Zollgebühr von 32,79€ hinzu. Stick auf mehreren Geräten erfolglos ausprobiert. Schrecklich langsam und in den ersten Minuten immer wieder die Datenübertragung abgebrochen. Dieser Stick funktioniert nicht! Eine Rücksendung in die USA hätte mich nochmal 59,00€ gekostet… Habe Stick weggeworfen und bin um eine Erfahrung reicher. Meine Empfehlung: Finger weg!

Christmas gift failed

This photostick requires that you download an app in order for it to work. The app is terrible. The photos on the photostick were all corrupted; nothing was transferred over. The return is even worse. They don’t reply to your email after multiple messages and concerns. The only thing that was positive was it arrived in the mail box within 3 days. There are no phone number to contact for a refund. The one they have is a recording. It’s a great concept but fell short on the promises.
Do not buy this product for it will give you a headache to try to get your money back.

Photo stick Omni:
I bought recently by mistake a product I couldn’t use. So I spoke to Rachel in the Company and as they had received the product I returned, she issued a refund without any delays! I think this is a reliable company and I wouldn’t hesitate ordering from them again in the future! Thank you Rachel.

not a good buy

bought 256G omni for over £100.
works on my Apple ipad.
but most of my photos are on my Motorola G10 phone and it simply does not work. tried everything, just given up. waste of money

Great Customer Service Chat Line

Great Customer Service Chat Line
I ordered multiple Photo Sticks for family members for Christmas. Then I realized it was iffy that they may not arrive before the big day. That is when I saw the online chat line on the website. I asked if it was possible to change the shipping to expedited shipping. They worked at finding out if they could do this. Fortunately, there was still time to make this change. I am so grateful for their help!

I Received Help In A Flash

I had a problem with my PhotoStick and received a prompt reply from Rachel P. Customer Relation Director.
She helped by asking about my exact issue's I was having with my PhotoStick. She gave me a site to click on that help's with problems.
Rachel, has been a top notch listener and was very attentive in helping me with my PhotoStick.

I was conned by the web advert which I…

I was conned by the web advert which I came across when looking at something else/ Then made the mistake of ordering a Photostick. Then the USA based supplier added Tax and shipping cost . I tried to cancel but the chat line is another Rip off of the same " have a nice day brigade2 Still no sign of delivery and i doubt it will arrive before xams when i will send it right back . Avoid at all costs order GU142649-TPSOMNI .

UPDATED 19/12/22 This below is typical of the stuff you will be fed by these robots . They quite obviously could give a toss about adding fees and letting you know you will wait for up to 8 weeks. Really handy when you ordered for xmas . Tried to cancel day after I ordered but this is the result .

Total waste of time and money - Dont buy it

I waited approx 6 weeks for the Omni to arrive (had hoped to load pictures for my elderly father from his various devices for a Christmas present). Unfortunately the software did not load (Windows 10 PC) and I had several hours trying to find help with chat room to support. They offered me different and sometimes conflicting advice ranging from 'turn off your firewall' to 'reformat the stick' to 'try it on another device' to reboot. None of which worked, and the 'reformat' which I followed to the letter cleared the stick of all software, so I was promptly told to return it. I now have to trust that after completion of the forms and forfeiting my shipping/postage costs I will in fact receive a refund. I do not hold much hope. In a word disappointing.

Have tried 4 times to have Photostick…

Have tried 4 times to have Photostick send me the necessary paperwork to return a non-working Photostick. I used the email address in their web site for requesting returns without any response. Photostick never worked, locked up my computer and their customer service group sent me to a web site which they said was their technical support. That webside charged me $55 for telling me that they could not solve my problem and that I should call Photostick back to solve the problem. All I want is to return the Photostick from order 4473301991560

I’m on day 3 trying get this product to…

I’m on day 3 trying get this product to work, £81 (uk) what a lot of wasted money and time spent. They are Advertising files/photos transferred very quickly!… day 3 and still this is not completed . I had 6000 photos in my phone .So frustrating as it takes so long ….your phone drains of battery and needs charging so you need to repeat the process again .
I had 100 % battery this morning and It drained to 20% after 3 hours it’s only completed 18% files . 3 days on and I’m now at 68% photo/file downloaded .it takes so long my battery life won’t last long enough .😡 wish I had read the reviews before purchasing.
