Det er tilsyneladende et rigtigt plattenslagerfirma. De opkræver told ved salget, alligevel kommer der en opkrævning for tolden, når varen ankommer til Europa. Når man skriver til dem, svarer de ikke, så jeg vil opfordre alle til at holde sig fra at handle med dem, med mindre man gerne vil tages ved næsen.

It takes forever to back up pictures. It’s advertised as fast. Then as my phone battery was used up I went back to view the pictures that were backed up and it’s taking forever to download them. I over paid for this 128 go thumb drive

Wenn ich mir einen normalen USB Stick über 32 GB kaufe, bezahle ich ca.ö 5-6 Euro.
Dann stecke ich den Stick in den Computer, schiebe die diversen FOTO-Ordner auf den Stick und fertig ist die Geschichte und dauert keine 5 Minuten. Dazu sagen muß ich : Ich bin Hobby-Fotpograf und Tausende von Fotos auf meinen verschiedenen Festplatten. Wie blöd müßte ich sein für so einen kleinen Stick 100 Euro auszugeben ? Woes doch viel viel billiger und auch schneller geht. Ich kann meine Geld auch anders auf die Straße werfen.

Allerdings so einfach, wie beworben, scheint das alles nicht zu funktionieren!
Da es auch ansatzweise keine (deutsche) Bedienungsanleitung gibt, die heruntergeladene Software mich auch nicht weitergeführt hat und alle Versuche, diesen Stick in irgendeiner Weise dazu zu ermuntern, das zu tun, was er tun soll, habe ich jetzt äußerst genervt aufgegeben und diesen Kauf wohl leider als teuren Verlust abhaken müssen! Ich hätte es eigentlich wissen sollen!

The stick was faulty and after a lot of emailing back and forth, both with customer service who were unfailingly pleasant but unable to help, and then with a number of tech people, the last of which confirmed what I had been trying to say to this company since email #1(Thank you Jet G), my problem landed on Rachel's desk. Once she understood my issue she immediately sent me a refund without any ado. So, while I did have some trouble with the product, they stood behind their guarantee and sent me a refund. I will keep an eye on this review site and will again purchase this product once I see lots of positive happy reviews because the idea is great, I would love to have one that works and I now trust the company.

Hi, thanks for the package of 3 Nos Photostick Omni 128GB. Tried saving files as per instructions but only a couple of hundreds out of 2 thousand over photos and videos were saved on Photostick. Its the same for all 3 units.
Also, upon reading the package label, I was very surprised to be see I was charged USD99.99 and not as advertised: RM99.99! (Discounted 40% for the 2nd and 3rd units). Thats a lot of difference!
I have tried again and again to see if the product worked, but it wouldnt. Regrettably, I have to return the units for a refund. Please inform me of the procedures.

Photostick is rubbish It gathers all sorts of irrelevant files also from unspecified locations.. Customer support appears not to understand or want to understand the problems encountered It's a complete waste of time and money I am going to format it and just use it as a storage item

Excellent customer support . Jade spent ages talking me through trying to get my stick to work. I am not a computer whiz but she showed amazing patience and generosity. When everything failed they immediately offered and processed a replacement. Would thoroughly recommend

The data was somehow erased from my PhotoStick Omni. Upon contacting PhotoStick support they seemed eager to help, but the assistance was less than satisfactory. I tried emailing them and they kept sending me a link which did not work. After 8 attempts they said they found an extra space in the link and sent me a new one. I was able to open this link in my download folder, then got a message saying this was incompatible with this version of my software. I also tried their chatline numerous times with the same responses. My take on this is that their support representatives are not technicians, but just go from a standard list of fixes that they cannot expand on. Then, after giving up I contacted customer support to exchange it for another. They denied it as it was a few days past their 30 day warranty. It was a gift and there was no way I would have gotten within the warranty period. You better be a technician to use this product. I would never buy one!
Additional Information:
On 1/30 I had contact 4 times with Jade. Sent screenshot, restarted computer and reinserted PhotoStick. Then was asked to try again.
On 1/31 I had contact with Jade again after attempting a workaround without success. Sent links 2 more times which did not work.
On 2/1 had contact with Jade, Prairie IT, and Enzo 8 times where I was again asked to try links at least twice. When I clicked on the a download I was sent,I got a message "Safari Can't Open The Page." I was later sent a Windows download. I was asked to check my download folder, and there was nothing new in it. With 1 link I got a message that it was an invalid address.
On 2/07 I once again tried for assistance and Prairie IT instructed me to follow the instructions in the attached document. The instructions did not pertain to my issue. I then attempted to contact customer support to request an exchange. I received no reply.
On 2/11 I again had contact with Prairie IT and Irah. I was sent an article about Open macOS Ventura May Cause Issues. My issues were not addressed in this article. Got a message that my package is incompatible with this version of MacOS.
Sent a follow-up to Customer Support requesting an exchange. They replied this time with a denial.
If additional information is needed I have the emails and chats that I could send copies of.

Hello, 2/9/23 9:20 am, I had assistance with ALKYL, with ThePhotoStick Omni technical support team. My issue was having difficulty synching my iPhone with the ThePhotoStick Omni. ALKYL, assisted me, and was outstanding in helping me with synching ThePhotoStick Omni with my Iphone. ALKYL, needed not only to problems solve why my Iphone and ThePhotoStickwere not synching, but also was excellent in assisting me with how to do the steps on my computer which took a lot of patience and guidance as I am not all that computer literate. AKLYL, was truly superior in technical support and is a great asset to your team. Please Thank AKLYL for me.
