Got a 32GB stick to give it a try. My wife and I do a lot of nature photography and sometimes we only have our cameras. It’s hard to get the pictures off but with the photostick it was a breeze. We had a drone show I recorded on the phone but it was too big to message. Used the photostick to get it off the phone to my computer and was able to send the full video out. I highly recommend you try the PhotoStick if you really need a great backup and a secure way to get photos off your phone. Buying the wife one for her birthday because she keeps taking mine. This is definitely money well spent.

I have hundreds of photos on my photo stick. When I open a picture up to print it appears tiny on my computer screen. When I print the picture in a 4x6 … it is fuzzy/blurry. I have tried several different pictures. I have also tried Walmart and the same thing occurs. I am just sick about this because there are several that we wanted to print for a family reunion. It has the strangest info printed under each picture. (Example: EMy_FilesJEG1948My_PhotosEMy_Files1948My_PhotosIMG_5111. This is what is under all my pictures. The only difference is the photo number at the end. The JEG1948 is my Windows login name. When I loaded the pictures onto the stick, I followed the directions and everything worked great and it was fast. I was so excited to have them downloaded. The next day when I went to print a couple pictures and they show up about 1 1/2 x 2 on the screen and when they print they are blurry/fuzz. I am so sad about this. I wish I knew what to do to convert my pictures to the right size and clearness

I purchased a photo sick, 64 gig, about six months ago, and just left it in my drawer until last week. And put it in my computer reformatted it for Apple and download in my photos. I jacked the stick and behold when I tried to give my pictures again, the computer would not recognize the stick.
I don't know if the stick has a problem or if I did something to it. The bottom line is I contacted the company and they are sending a replacement. That is more than generous of them because I have absolutely no proof of purchase and they are actually just taking my word that it will not operate properly. I am grateful that they are resolving the issue in this manner. They should make commended and I will certainly recommend your product. Ed.

I started to use my 256 to load over 40000 photos/videos after two and half days it finished but said I need another drive to finish the files still in my computer to finish the job. After many attempts to follow there instructions I finally called customer service and spoke to Matthew whos ideas failed even more. My second attempt of using two drives at the same time failed, so back to customer service and Jet who placed an order for this defective 256 stick. In the mean time Kori sent a message and suggested that I turn off my sleeper which had been off during all attempts to load files from my computer failed again Im currently trying to load the files again on one of the 128 sticks I have and after two and half days the process has only been able to load 47gb of 125gb available that is the slowest device ever. For the record I have downloaded all my files from my computer on to a 2TB external stick several days ago in just five hours....come on man whatst wrong with photostick The main reason I purchased these devices is because they are marketed as being able to load images in less than twenty minutes, and its ability to be used to share all my memories on my cell phone for all my friends to see when we are talking old memories. Im afraid that the 512 when I get it will take months maybe many months to backup my files.....

Don’t waste your money!!!
It worked just once! and then, despite recognising it on a phone and me following directions, the memory stick became very red and flashing inside and did not proceed with any further action.
I could give zero stars, if it was an option.
Very disappointed as it was not cheap.

Ich habe mir zwei ThePhotoStick mit 128 GB gekauft. Keiner von den beiden kommt beim Backup über 9% hinaus, wird immer wieder abgebrochen. Was soll man mit so einem Stick, völlig wertlos. Ich musste dafür:

stikket forbinder ikke til telefonen og det betyder at det ikke er brugbart. Og for omkring 1000 kr. skal det virke.
Når man kan et USB-stik for 50kr.

This thing was a huge disappointment and an even bigger waste of money. My father recently passed away and I was desperate to save all my photos on my dinosaur Windows 7 laptop. After finally getting it to start downloading (which took about 5 hours) when it was finished I tried to view everything it downloaded and it told me my files were corrupt. I could not view anything on the stick, nor could I select anything so I could delete it. I tried to do a factory reset and start over but it will not delete the files. It’s going in the trash.

I made a mistake in my PhotoStick order yesterday and, thanks to Rachel, Jet and Melanie, the situation has already been resolved for me. If the PhotoStick itself proves to be half as good as the customer service, I will be well satisfied. Thanks so much guys for caring. 😊

I ordered this week's ago and according to the DHL tracker it is in the country at the airport 3hrs from me.I can't get a straight answer from them or the seller as to why it is in the country yet not delivered

I got a Omni photo stick for Christmas and it’s junk. Tried several times to download my pictures off my iPhone and after several tries it only got a few of my pictures and when I went to look at what did download onto the stick they wouldn’t open. For the money we spent on the Omni stick I’m VERY DISAPPOINTED IN IT. Should be able to get our money back. It gets a F score from us.

This is my second review.
The first PhotoStick was determined to be bad and was quickly replaced. However, when I couldn’t get it to work they quickly replaced it. Very good service.
But, the replacement was determined by their tech support to also be bad and are sending me another replacement.
Personally, I think it’s me not understanding how to use it not both bad sticks. Tech support should spend more time helping me with the interface between my phone and the stick.
I think their tech support just wanted to get me off the chat and said they’d send men a third stick.
Remember, “don’t expect different results from the same behavior”.

I purchased two PhotoStick 2.0. I have never used them. Today I attempted to use both of them. Each time I tried I got the same message, "PhotoStick is damaged. Throw away." What a scam! Do NOT purchase anything from PhotoStick.

moving from Google drive to iCloud, basically coz I can't backup iPhones to google. I tried google takeout, waste of time. When I seen an advert for PhotoStick omni I thought that was my saviour.I use iPhone and iMac, so not sure what its like with other operating systems. After numerous attempts I eventually managed to transfer my photos etc from the iPhones to the omni stick.when the omni stick is connected to the iMac I can view the photos. but when it comes to uploading the photos to my iCloud account, safari just crashes. Even when i attempt a couple of mb. Other reviewers are right about the follow on adverts. Just wish Id checked here before my purchase. Hopefully i'll learn this time.

Purchased 528 because I had 30,000 photos. Drained my iPhone and iPad before I could download all. Took over 10 hours. Went to see my pics on the stick. Took another 6 hours to retrieve them then went blank. Useless and a waste of $160. Don’t buy it!

The photostick omni is garbage. It never would load my pictures. And then it erased about a months worth of pictures off of my IPhone. And deleted all the dates. So, all my existing picture dates say yesterday. If I could of left zero stars, I would’ve. And of course no tech support. I spent 2 hours with Apple tech support getting my pictures back from the cloud.

I got a Photostick mobile 2.0 and it cannot locate photos in Google photo. I contacted customer service who told me to contact Google. I have pictures in Google photo, Gallery and Amazon photo, none of which it could locate. The only folder of pictures I could choose was VZ media which are the pictures I download from my text messages. I bought this to transfer pictures from Google photo in my phone to a program on my computer which doesn't talk to Google photos, but I can't even use it for backing up my pictures.

My 128 GB PhotoStick quit working and after contacting the support team and having trouble downloading the software they replacd the item with a new unit. My only hope is this unit does not quit after a while when I get my photos downloaded on it.
